No one taking care. After 20 days of purchasing I m still waiting for my refrigerator. I it was bad experience. I don’t recommend anyone to buy through best buy

This fridge worked well for a few months and then started having issues. Eventually it stopped cooling altogether. AUGUST, I scheduled service through Whirlpool's website and a 3rd party repair shop came to my house to troubleshoot. They determined there was no refrigerant left in the system, and they re-charged it with UV-refrigerant which will slowly leak out, but let them see where the leak is. They told me they would order parts and come back when they arrive. DECEMBER: Four months passed and I emailed them for a status update, and they still hadn't received parts. MARCH: Emailed again for a status update and they told me still no parts, and Whirlpool told them if they didn't have parts in the next 4-6 weeks then they would contact me. So I have had a fridge that is barely a year old and haven't been able to use it for seven months.

Freezer Doesn't Work Properly

The freezer door won't stay closed. Everytime the refrigerator door is closed the freezer door pops open. The construction on this 18.2 Cu. Ft. Whirlpool refrigerator is poor. The exterior side panels of the refrigerator are wavy and not flat and the insulation on the doors seem insufficient. The doors became cold to the touch which indicates that the cool air from the refrigerator and the freezer are being dissipated through the door which keeps the motor running constantly. We returned this model for the 20.5 Cu. Ft. Whirlpool model. The 20.5 works great.
