I didn’t receive any refrigerator what reviews do you want to do. I still waiting you give me the delivery. You only send me a broken. You suppose delivery never on August 3 until today I don’t receive any. Bad service

delivered a damaged refrigerator the back was crushed on back side did not notice until it started making noise pulled it away from wall and noticed no way the delivery men did not know tried calling best buy twice on hold for over a hour both times never came back to phone after answering it

Freezer Gasket is faulty

I have had this fridge less than a month and have already had 2 repair calls because the freezer gasket will not stay in place. The issue is still not resolved.

Don’t know; don’t have because you will only put it in driveway and I am not strong enough to get into garage. But it is on my charge card bill I received today. Seems unfair for you to charge before delivery.

The top of the fridge is actually bowed out, making it impossible to store much on top. Beside that it started making horrible noises after Best Buy's 15 day return policy so Best Buy refuses to help me.

I’m still waiting for a replacement door handle that was broken by the delivery personnel. I have not received any communication from Best Buy on the status of the part.

The fridge seems to be doing well. It is quite, hardly runs. Balancing the temps between fridge and freezer is a real trick. The gallon jug door storage is not true. Not sure where they get their gallons of milk from. Also there is no light in the freezer. Really, how much extra would that cost ? Not big complaints but they are inconveniences.

Wanted to replace my almost identical Kenmore refrig, which was 18 years old, before it conked out! Notice it makes a lot of noise, as if it had an ice maker(?). Otherwise, it's a good replacement. Size works well for my small kitchen.

The freezer door seal is so weak that you can watch the door pop open briefly when closing the fridge. Nothing in the door or close to the front of the freezer stays permanently frozen.
Fridge was installed by Best Buy. Removing and remounting the door as directed by Whirlpool support in case the installers botched it still doesn't fix this.
Fridge works fine. If you're considering this because it's cheap, lower your expectations about the freezer capacity, and keep it under 50% full, and check things kept in the door or near the front frequently to ensure they're actually frozen. Consider getting a separate freezer when and if you can.

Purchased in March. The refrigerator freezes all of the contents down the middle of the refrigerator. I tried adjusting all of the settings, nothing helped. Had repairs done in JUNE. The Whirlpool repairman told me this is a common issue on this model and that it could not be fixed. I have been throwing away frozen eggs, fruits and vegetables, etc. since I purchased it. They freeze on every shelf, they freeze in the produce drawers on the bottom. I move stuff around but still end up with ruined food. It's a waste.
Also, on the design side: the sliding drawer is annoying, it slides when you don't want it to and it knocks over anything stacked on that shelf. It's also a small drawer. The produce drawers are also smaller than I am used to. Finally, the brackets that hold items on the door shelves are flimsy and easily knocked out by your shoulder when you are trying to access the main shelves. I had to glue them in place.
My older refrigerator was smaller overall but had more usable space, without the freezing issue or the irritating design flaws.

Breaks!

I've had my refrigerator for a year and the handle has broken 3 times. Breaks in the same spot each time and company unwilling to help fix the problem except keep sending new handles. Each time, I have to clear 4 hours of time waiting for technician to come. Offered to install myself, but company unwilling to just send me handles.
Freezer is not great, and ice forms on everything too.

This was used in a spare kitchenette and so it didn't get a lot of use. However it was always giving us problems, freezing items on the top fridge shelf and doors that popped open if you didn't very carefully close them. Then it suddenly froze all the fridge contents and thawed all the freezer contents- ruining everything inside. Then it went way too warm throughout. Paid a repair man to come out since its not very old and he said buy a new fridge, the freon has leaked out and its now worthless.

The people in bests buy were very nice and helpful and the delivery guys were very nice guys, the took there time and didn't rush with anything!
