I am very happy with this Whirlpool 19.3 cubic foot top-freezer refrigerator. The price I paid was about $150 off the regular price. It is used as our main refrigerator in our kitchen. It has more than enough room for just my wife and I. The freezer is very large. It has all glass shelves, even in the freezer. I like the shelves on the inside of the door, which are good for 64 ounce size juice containers. The butter compartment is very large too. I like the movable top drawer. This refrigerator is very quiet too. I highly recommend this to others. The only thing that I wish, was that the standard mfr warranty was for at least 5 years. One year is nothing. Customers should not have to purchase expensive protection plans. The delivery was prompt, but I didn't like how the delivery guys didn't ask whether I wanted the door handles switched to the right side. They should have.

We went from a very small drink refrigerator to a bigger, more useful unit with lots more space. I love all of the extra space, especially on the door, it actually holds my milk, and I have plenty of space for food and leftovers. I can't believe we did not purchase it sooner. I love my new refrigerator. So you can imagine my surprise when after only 2 months of the purchase, I see that the gasket on the freezer door has come off on the bottom. How disappointing! They sure don't make things like they used too! I expect more from Whirpool! Now, I have to go thru the process of getting that fixed!

I needed a refrigerator as soon as possible and this one been a whirlpool brand like the one I had for 20 years, I trust the brand but not too happy, the freezer and the refrigerator it cools okay but the quality is too cheap in my opinion, I am just having for almost 2 months, and the rubber around the bottom part in the door is already coming out. So will see how continues working, Thanks.

This refrigerator is Perfect! Simple & basic and works Great. Also, very quiet.

I like my refrigerator the only bad thing I have to say is that one of the trays were broke but overall it's a good ice box gets very cold. But I did get a discount because of the broken tray.

This refrigerator is great! Very functional. The lighting is awesome. Nearly everything can be seen. The shelves are adjustable as well as shelves in the door. We chose to not to have an ice maker in order to have more space in the freezer. The glass shelf in the freezer is wonderful and eliminates items falling through.

My Whirlpool refrigerator is a WIN~WIN. It was exactly what I was looking for and the price was RIGHT. I Love It. I highly recommend this product. Signed One Happy Customer :)

Looks great nice color matches with my stove and has lots of space

I bought this fridge confidently cause I know whirlpool is a trusted company. How wrong I was. After 2 weeks the rubber sealing of the freezer started to peel off giving the freezer zero suction and creating frost and icicles inside. The refrigerator rubber too was peeling off. I called Whirlpool, they sent a service personal, who said that the delivery people who installed probably didn't put in the rubber well and he fully installed it and we should not have any more issues. A week later the sealing was coming off again. I called again. They sent someone else, who said that this model will be a constant issue and he put the sealing back in (which lasted about a day) and ordered a new freezer door cause the sealing was starting to rip. I never heard back from them. I emailed and still no response. I had this fridge for a few months and unfortunately it seems like I will just have to trash it and buy a new one at my expense. I usually do not write reviews but if I can help even one person not have the experience I had its worth it. This model should be discontinued from the company

The refrigerator is a little noisy but works good. I had to switch the door hinges to the other side. When I attached the top bracket I noticed the refrigerator was bowed up on that side. When I put the freezer door on it would not close had to bend the bracket to make it close. So far I've e-mailed 2 different addresses and got no response from whirlpool. Auto-mated response they would get right back to me it's been 2 weeks now. I will be making time to call them now. I wouldn't buy another whirlpool product after this experience.

This is the second piece of junk Whirlpool fridge I get. It was replaced with the same model same problems but more now. The inside of the fridge is dirty with black marks I cannot take off. The bottom and top drawers are covered in clear gresde that smells horrible. I am going to request the SDS (safety data sheet) on this grease. It can not be healthy at all. The person smeared this stuff like they had way to much and needed to get rid of it. I did not notice it so when i took everytging apart to clean it is now ever where. I am sure I smeared it all over the inside of the fridge as I was cleaning it. BB has not posted my review on the original fridge with pictures. I tried 3 times. This is the fourth attempt. First attempt on the replacent. These pics are the replacement. Same garbage but now worse. The first fridge did not have grease. What is Whirlpool thinking? Gow much heat can a drawer generate that it needs grease. This is disgusting! Now i am done with Whirlpool. I did call CS on the first fridge and they made me hold until I got tired of waiting. They call back a week later staring that no one in my area can service my fridge for the loud noise. Horrible product. Bestbuy delivery guys were great.

I'd like this refrigerator with a Flexi-Slide bin, LED lighting, ENERGY STAR Certified and BestBuy is great. But there are surprises (cons)with the product: 1. Energy guide on the web says 378 kWh/yr, but the guide from the fridge is 420 kWh/yr - see attached pictures. 2. There were a lot of tiny factory dust inside the fridge. It took me a hour to wipe clean. 3. Very difficult to change the doors from right-open to left-open. Extra tools needed. Instructions are not complete nor clear.

I really like this appliance it has been do the job. It keeps my food the way it should the ice cream is hard not mushy. The Refrigerate fit's in beautiful with rest my kitchen appliance's

Great refrigerator (Whirlpool top freezer) for the price. It is just what I needed.

Next Saturday Best Buy will be delivering my third Whirlpool fridge. It is very frustrating. The first Whirlpool had a piece of molding missing from the top of the freezer door. Sent it back. The next one had a seal around the door that kept separating from the fridge. Let’s hope the fridge that comes next Saturday has no flaws. This is ridiculous.
