Like the ability to place the handles on either side ( left or right ). Has a good layout inside for drinks and food.

I like having a Consuktant to help me choose the product and coordinate everything, that is why I purchased my refrigerator from Best Buy.

Had our old fridge 40 years. Bought a smaller one this time as there is just the two of us now. Has lots of compartments

Got what we ordered. I wished they had taken the plastic coating off the refrigerator before it was delivered.

A big adjustment for the inside of the freezer compared to the last one I had. The freezer compartments in the door let everything fall through. There is no bottom shelf inside the door to hold your food only the slats with less than half a shelf under it. A wired basket like my old refrigerator would of been much better. The icemaker bin doesn't go back far enough to catch all of the ice. I have ice falling to the bottom shelf. I do like the shelving inside the refrigerator. My only complaint is the crisper drawers are very shallow and I can't fit in as much as my old refrigerator. My problem with getting a new refrigerator was the size of the opening I have. My old one was 2 cubic feet larger which makes a big difference. I would of liked the LG model but it didn't come in white.

This product does what intended. It is a good basic refrigerator.

Refrigerator so far been great nice and cold,freezer been right temperature to.

The fridge is what we expected and is working well. What we didn't expect was the terrible sales assistance and lack of correct information on Best Buy's website. First and foremost the specs say the item is 63 3/8 inches tall not including the door hinge. The fridge is 65 1/2 inches tall not including the hinge and we had to saw off the bottom of the cabinet over it to make it fit. I assume that Best Buy forgot to take the wheels into consideration. Prior to that was the discovery that I needed to purchase the ice maker separately, which was not a big deal but it would have been nice if the site mentioned that. I spoke with 3 different agents and although they all confirmed I was ordering the correct item, none of them mentioned that I also had to buy tubing for the installation so of course when the plumbers came they didn't have what they needed to do the job. Best Buy dropped the ball.

The men who delivered the refrigerator where absolutely amazing. Honest upfront and very helpful. The refrigerator is amazing as well.

Nice basic refrigerator. The ice maker is a little loud but it’s okay. You cannot reverse the handle.

we needed a replacement fridge for out garage; so looked for a smaller refrigerator to replace our 20 year plus. found what we needed at best buy and they delivered and hauled away. no muss no fuss.

Everything functioned as they should. Fridge compartment temperature is not quite low enough, but works.

Interior space is very good. Doors seem light and don't appear to close strong yet there has been no problems.

Refrigerator looks nice outside and in good design inside.Few days worked good. But I found that vegetable, eggs, and fruits started freezing on the recommended level of temperature. I changed temperature to next lower level and products became wet. It's happened within 15 days and I returned fridge.

we initially purchased the white insignia refrigerator but due to confusion at the store we were given a black whirlpool, after i brought it home we unpacked it only to find out it was the wrong one, wife just got back from the grocery store so we had no choice but to set it up, we set it on the lowest settings available but it froze and ruined everything in the fridge, produce, cold cuts , eggs etc.. all ruined, the managers were very helpful but they could not deliver us a replacement for over a month so i loaded it up and back to the store for another replacement, all the had was a used side by side which we really didn t want, but i was worn out at this point so i brought that one home, so far so good

Very noisy. Had this refrigerator only six months before the gasket for the freezer door kept falling down from the bottom of the door causing the freezer to loose its seal.

Good refrigerator for rental home. Hopefully we have no problems with it

Door is opening on wrong side, the guys escaped before I could ask them to change it.
