Great product and usage so far! We like the French doors style without too many extra gadgets (like Samsung) and this one offers just that. Delivery team was very quick in setting it up. They did forget to turn on the water after installing the hose though. They also did not stabilize the fridge so it was making sound at first. We realized it later and adjust the legs. Those were just minor stuffs. The overall experience was pleasant!

Great refrigerator 4 doors so as long as you keep it organized correctly you only ever have to open 1 door to get what you need and can save energy loss that way. 1 downfall is that there is no room in freezer for full size frozen pizza so if you buy a lot of frozen pizzas don't get this model. Great attention getter when your friends come over too. No water in the door feature so less cleaning too! No bulging door handles so makes small kitchen more spacious.

This refrigerator meets my needs very well. It has a plain, sleek exterior and is a good size for my kitchen. I like that it is counter depth and not overwhelmingly large. It is, however, spacious inside and I especially like the flexibility of having either three refrigerator compartments and one freezer compartment or two of each. So far, the refrigerator meets all my needs.

I love my refrigerator. It is so sleek and clean looking. I have room for all my grocereis everytime.

Machine is beautiful and cools well. I like the space and design. However, I do hear a faint humming sound on the side of the frige. Will keep monitoring, but so far so good.

I like this refrigerator because of the four-door design, it makes each door easier to open since it's smaller and lighter, it also makes it easier for my kids to open the doors at the bottom by themselves so that when they need ice creams or popsicles, they can do it themselves without asking me.

I did a deep dive on the internet reviewing customer comments on many Refrigerator brands. All brands had many negative comments from various issues except for the 4 door Whirlpool fridge. Besides being cool looking, it fits my needs and am really liking the 2- door freezer section. Makes getting to things very easy. Am glad I choose this fridge.

Having four doors makes placing items easier and easier to retrieve. It might have been nicer to have an inside cold water but I didn't see it as an option. Extremely quiet operation.

Different from previous refrigerator, i needed one where i would not have to bend much since i have knee problems.

The four door French door is very attractive. The two lower freezer doors allow great access to stored items via pull out drawers and shelves and eliminating bending over to reach vs a conventional lower freezer door. No frills, like door ice and water dispensers which are the first things you break from previous experience. The stainless surface stays fingerprint free. It could use more interior lighting.

Perfect size for our fam, love the 4 doors and especially bottom freezer split (we particularly did NOT want the bottom freezer pull out drawer type of freezer). We installed exterior water filter behind fridge for the ice maker, it was simple and ice taste great. We didn’t need/want water dispenser. This was the perfect choice for us.

Going to a Smaller space and not really able to adjust shelves. Only 2 drawers for fruits and vegetables. Like the divided freezer and the way the doors open up instead of pulling out. But is smaller too. Fit the budget. Like the stainless steel

Happy new year -- to 2021 and new beginnings: I had been eyeing this refrigerator since last year. When it was listed on sale for Black Friday, I decided to jump on it! I prefer a side-by-side, without a water dispenser on the door; needed counter depth to fit with kitchen layout and built-in look; other major appliances are metallic steel Whirlpool to match. The 4-door design works well. The delivery by the Geek Squad was seamless and quick. They (2 men) took precautions with Covid, hauled the trash and 100% professional. I liked the email alert for the ETA. Only a few weeks in -- so far so good (x_x)!

Very spacious and stylish. Lots of compartment and I like the technology where you can adjust if you are away from home for a long time. Great appliance for the price.

The refrigerator and freezer does the job. I am a little disappointed that the shelves seem to give with just a gallon or two of milk and there is no filter for ice maker (I probably should have inspected that better). Also the alarm for refrigerator door doesn't go off for a long time. The door is hard to close so it would be better if the alarm sounded sooner.

It’s been great so far. Love all the space and different options for the bottom part of the fridge

I love the design of this refrigerator - freezer and it is the perfect size for my space in the kitchen. However, it is a new design and the Refrigerator section does not stay cool enough to keep dairy products from spoiling or mildewing. Whirlpool sent Dan Mark repair service from New Jersey who were not able to fix it but just lowered the temperature on the freezer saying that would make it colder in the refrigerator. It did not so they had to come back and determined that there was a new fan needed. That was ordered over 2 months ago and the part is still not here. I have not been able to have any dairy products and am a little apprehensive about putting anything in the refrigerator that might spoil easily. The control panel on the front of the refrigerator only allows it to be 36ﾟ but inside it is actually 40 to 42ﾟ. Whirlpool cannot get it fixed nor are the parts available for this new design. I'm going to have to ask for a new refrigerator but believe me I'm not going to get this type again. It is obviously a faulty design. Sorry because it looks great but the refrigerator part does not work and Whirlpool can't fix it and they are very inefficient at staying in touch and finding solutions.

We are empty nesters now and do not need a big fig anymore and I have always dislike how they stuck out like a sore thumb. This frig is great. My wife likes it for the four doors, you only have to open one at a time saving energy and money. Also the freezer pullouts, don’t have to been over and look down and all the way into it.
