We love this new fridge! We love the configuration of the freezer with shelves instead a a large tub for things to get lost in. We love the low profile with no handles. We are empty nesters and it’s perfect for us.

This refrigerator is perfect for my small family. It would not be ideal for a family of 4 or more. If you do not have access to Internet do not purchase! The app is essential to controlling features. The ice would not stop!!! You really have to push the doors closed; may not be ideal for little ones- will get sick of hearing the alarm sounding!

Product - so far so good. Love the look of this counter-depth fridge. The only problem is that it does not have a filter for the ice maker. So ice cubes don't taste good. Delivery - it was terrible. We were given a window between 9AM and 1PM. They didn't show up until 5PM. Not only were they late, they also didn't know how to install the water line for the fridge. Furthermore, they didn't shut off the water first...water leaked everywhere. Very unprofessional and inexperienced.

I really like the french doors for the freezer. It has more room in freezer than I thought it would. I like there are no doorhandles that can break.

This may have been the first only refrigerator I’ve ever Botton but I swear I am obsessed. It has just enough space in his counter depth just what I needed. It fits my family perfectly. Installation was very easy I swear I was looking at it all the time in awe. It fits so well in my kitchen.

Love this refrigerator! Lots of organized space in the freezer and lots of room in the refrigerator part as well. Makes loads of ice. Fantastic purchase. Although the width of the refrigerator is 36 inches, you need to allow space for the doors to open 190*. Do not put in a doorway with framing.

Love the options this refrigerator offers with the 4 individual doors. I bought it specifically for the dual doors/shelving options in the freezer! I can now find everything I have easily. My old freezer was one big drawer with everything smashed in and anything that was in the back, stayed there. The sleek design/look offers me a great start to my kitchen remodel!

Had my last Whirlpool refrigerator for over 25 years - still working fine when replaced by this model... amazing quality! Like the new configuration and energy efficiency.

Only had for about 1 month, but so far so good. Love that's it's counter depth easy to see everything in the fridge. Great pull out drawers in the freezer spaces.

Great refrigerator! Looks very sleek in the kitchen. The freezer is not as large though but that’s okay because we have a 2nd freezer in the garage.

This is a perfect cabinet depth refrigerator. We’re so happy with the product.

Counter depth is the key to this! It fits perfectly in our small kitchen and it maximizes space! We can fit any grocery hual now! Just takes some time to get all the plastic off.

It's a decent fridge if your requirements are modest. Not a lot of space and the configuration is not very flexible. I've replaced the Samsung 5-door fridge with this one. The Samsung unit was much more convenient and had a flexible arrangement. Unfortunately, it's reliability was terrible and it finally broke down after 6 years. Hopefully this Whirlpool will last.

The fridge itself is great. It fit perfect in the space we had and looks almost built in against the cabinets. The inside is nice and the layout is perfect. My complaint is that they stuck a sticker on the door at the factory and it took me 30 minutes of scrubbing to get it off. It’s still not completely gone and when the lights in the kitchen hit that area it looks horrible. Why on earth would they put a sticker like that on stainless steel?!?!

Love my new refrigerator. Absolutely in love with the open concept. The left door sometimes doesnt close without mild force.

The refrigerator was perfect. Had a tight space in kitchen and this counter depth four door was a great choice.
