Purchased in February and initially the freezer stop working. After waiting a week, technician came but couldn't repair it...had to come back in another week. Tech returned now freezer nor refrigerator is cooling. Contacted repair company again (by the way it's the only company Whirlpool uses), now the wait is a week plus. To add to this, Whirlpool refuses to replace food that has spoiled... it's them who sold a faulty refrigerator!! Worst purchase ever!! No more Whirlpool anything for me.

Sides will be very hot for first several hours

After about 12 hours, the sides finally cooled down to a very low luke-warm. Not the sides will heat up again any time you keep the doors open too long

Best Buy on the other hand have me awful support. I paid to have the ice maker hooked up but they left without doing that. Also paid for the accessories needed for installation and they failed to leave those. I had to go to the store to get it and also find someone to hook the ice maker
