The salesperson was caring and listened to what I needed; my refrigerator model went on sale the day after mine was delivered and the salesperson adjusted my bill with just a phone call. Also, the delivery people were very professional; they got the old one out and the new one in and did it safely and with no fuss.

Very organized shelves and drawers in freezer. Good layout.

Love it! It took a while for the ice maker to get going. It seemed to have air in the water line. The first tray/bin had to be discarded due to being dirty. Now it is perfect. Nice sturdy door bins and other shelves. Wasn't able to see sample before purchasing. Was not disappointed.

This fridge met all our needs for a 3 person household. It has kept the temp at the set temp and hasn't had any issues. Whirlpool is the way to go for a new refrigerator.

Weird the sides warm up when it works to cool but its a good fridge. Went with a simpler design, no water dispenser but ice in the freezer.

Cute and functional. The compartments are separate so it keeps everything very well organized. The fridge is on the smaller side but works well for a family of two. Overall, Whirlpool makes one of the most reliable products around.

I would give this refrigerator zero stars if possible. The light inside the refrigeration compartment stopped working just slightly over a year after purchase. Now the ice maker has stopped working as well. They do not back the product either at Whirlpool or Best Buy without purchasing an annual service contract for $500. The worst refrigerator I have ever owned. What a piece of junk. Extremely dissatisfied. Left side freezer door coincidentally where the ice maker is located has never appeared to shut the same as the right freezer door. It is beautiful on the outside but very low quality otherwise.

Refrigerator was beautiful but it wouldn’t whole a solid temperature so I had to exchange it was another one.

The only thing I don't like about this refrigerator is that the crisper door on the right doesn't open unless the left door is also open. Probably a similar issue with all french door fridges though.

So far very pleased with the no hassle delivery and setup. The price is nice slso.

It was love at first sight, soones i saw it i was thats the one and took it home love the 4 way doors dont plan to change it in long long time
