Large freezer with heavy duty shelves. Love the storage on the door. Has tons of storage. Very happy with this purchase. Just purchased a refrigerator without a freezer by Whirlpool as well. Have a refrigerator/freezer from Whirlpool that’s 20 years old and is working great!

I purchased this to replace a really old upright freezer from Montgomery Ward. I like this freezer. It has a good amount of space inside. The shelves and lighting make it easier for me to find things. Definitely an upgrade from my last one. Happy with my purchase.

Awesome freezer started it up left it run 5 hours and put butter in it to test it . I then checked it an hour latter and it was frozen.

This freezer has plenty of shelves and a basket making it easy to organize. It was large enough to fit 3/4 of a beef. The only downside are the wheels. On a concrete floor it wants to come forward when trying to open the door. The wheels had to be chalked to prevent this.

Has alot more room than I was expecting and love being able to see everything in there very easy.

Nice freezer, good space and works great. One note, the unit did show up without a door handle. Not sure if the manufacturer forgot to pack it or the delivery guys left it somewhere. Best Buy did get us a new handle and I put it on with no problem. Actually the freezer is so good it was hard to open without a handle due to the vacuum created inside the freezer to keep a good seal.

Well worth it!!!! Having teenage boys I stock up a lot of frozen foods/junk food . I love the upright so much more then the deep freezers. It’s alot more organized and I don’t have to stack everything on top of each other

For the price and size, great amount of space and keeps things very cold. Didnt really notice a change in the electric bill either.

Tall, deep, and roomy. Need plenty of space for this big boy! Once plugged in it got cold quickly. Controls are simple to understand. We had to turn it up to max cold to get temp to zero in a timely manner. Only drawback is the power cord is short--you might consider having a heavy duty extension cord handy to reach your closest outlet

Freezer works great, very cool, doesn't ice up and nice and quiet.

would be 5 stars but the first 1 delivered didn't work and had to get it replaced. Best Buy was awesome to work with and gave us no hassle to get a new one. The new one is working great so far with no issues. I think it was just a fluke that the first was not functional.

The Whirlpool Freezer has been Excellent - Very Quiet while in operation. The temperature holds without any issues. One of the best parts of the process was the actual purchase - from the store assistance and especially the entire delivery team - on time and professional. This why I always buy my electronics and appliances from Best Buy

We bought this freezer to replace two small chest freezers. We got tired of having to dig for items in the chest freezers. With this unit, we can fit everything from the two small freezers, and it is a lot easier to find/get to things. No issues with it at all so far. It only came with one door key, so we ordered another one that works fine.

Working great love it .. I got the 5 year warranty added on so I know I’m covered.. I can easily fined all my frozen items

Nice large capacity. Deep shelves. Lots of gallon size door space. Couldn't ask for more
