Always wanted french door/bottom freezer fridge and this one is doing great so far!

Best Buy is the worst company I have ever dealt with... they tried taking 1800$ From me it was a long stressful 5 months trying to deal with this company but eventually I just finally got my money back this morning! The manager victor told me he would compensate me 250$ but I never saw that either.

Terrible customer service terrible everything refrigerator came with a huge dent been waiting 3 months for replacement store says out of their hands whole transaction horrible never buy again from best buy

High Quality design for the cost. This microwave sits beautifully in an L-shaped kitchen for a 225 SF studio and it looks FABULOUS!

Love the organizational features, but is a bit smaller than old refrigerator. Freezer compartment is larger and very easy to access.

I received this refrigerator which I must say the delivery service Best Buy uses was excellent. They placed the refrigerator in the space I have in my kitchen. It fit perfectly. When I went to transfer my current milk bottles, soda pop bottles and food this refrigerator could only handle about half of my current refrigerator. The shelving on the inside of the top part which has the french doors is just too small. I was going from a top freezer bottom refrigerator with the same cubic footage but this Samsung model could not accommodate all my foods and bottles. I was very disappointed. I called the store to come get the refrigerator. I am buying a different model of the Samsung french door refrigerator that has more cubic feet and one with movable shelves.

I was quite impressed with the sales person. He took the time to review my options. His intent was to make me happy-not sell a specific product. Delivery was also a 10. Respectful. Knowledgeable.

Great fridge great sales people and great delivery and hallaway.

I needed a small fridge to fit my space and I wanted it simple-specifically, no water or ice on the door. There aren’t many that fit this description. I like this fridge, unfortunately, the ice maker is leaking and not making ice. We had one service call. They ordered the part but it’s still leaking and no ice. If we get this fixed, it will perfectly meet my needs nut it’s getting frustrating.

We bought the whirlpool Refrigerator french door freezer on bottom, so far we are satisfied with it. It was expensive Refrigerator but our old one was 15 years old.
