This microwave replaced a 25 year old microwave. This one heats quickly and controls are easy to operate. The best part was I bought it on sale.

Quiet microwave. Does the job!!! A lot of features

This microwave is deeper than I expected, but fit perfectly in my cabinet. Installation is super easy! Works amazingly and looks great in my new kitchen. Best buy is a great company to purchase appliances from. They make sure their customers are happy.

we really looked and read a lot of reviews before this purchase and am glad that we did. this one has certainly lived up to the reviews and statements from the company. the depth includes the handle so its not as large as you might think. we had some issues with the install as my space just did not want to work, this was not due to the best buy installer but rather my house. once the problem was fixed the installer came back and put it right in with no problems, he was extremely proficient, worked really hard, polite and nice. kudos to him. I did receive a letter that there was a recall on this brand but not this unit and Samsung was very helpful in identifying that it was not on the recall list. it has a large interior with the rack, easy controls and heats better and faster than my old unit

WE PURCHASED THIS MICROWAVE AND JUST ABOUT A MONTH LATER WE HAD TO HAVE THE CONTROL PANEL REPLACED.LOVE ALLTHE FEATURES IT HAS AND THE INSIDE IS SO EASY TO JUST WIPE CLEAN ! GAVE IT 4 STARS BECAUSE WE ONLY HAD IT FOR A MONTH AND HAD TO HAVE IT FIXED.

This is an excelent OTR microwave, has a lot of room available to Cook.

Nice quality microwave. I like that the fan is built in and not added on to the bottom. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is that the microwave that it replaced had "speed dial" so to speak, e.g. you just pressed #'s 1 through 5 to get 1 to 5 minutes of cook time that automatically started.. This model you must press 1.00 and "start". Not that inconvenient. We were just spoiled before!

Well built, looks great and cooks great! The microwave is so quiet you don't know it's on an the fan above the cooktop is quiet too! I am very pleased!

We installed it skewed, despite not fitting in and used it for a week till we could get a replacement. It leaned forward a bit but was usable. Uninstalled and replaced it with another one. The sales folks in the store were very understanding and accommodating... Real hats off to them. Still not sure how sensor cooking works, but will explore further with the replacement - a frigidaire
