I like that this microwave has a very simple and straight forward display. If you are like me and feel that some appliances are getting way too crazy with unnecessary and sometimes complicated high tech features, then you will like this microwave. It also heats food nicely. This is my first time with a Whirlpool brand appliance. I like what I see so far.

Quiet, easy to use and directions are easy to understand on how to use the microwave

I liked the look and function of the Microwave. It took me a little while to figure out all the functions and the start button was an arrow and the stop button is an X. (I purchased this as an open box buy and it did not have a manual.) The light that shines down on the stove is a little dim and would like it brighter. The fan has multiple speeds, not just the two or three you typically get. I still have not used all the functions but overall, would purchase this again and recommend.

I bought this based on high ratings in CR. Very pleased with the performance so far. Much quieter than our old one. Pre-sets and sensing features work great. Heats evenly.

This microwave works great except for the "sound" feature. The instructions (which are sketchy) state that the microwave is supposed to have 2 different sounds each of which you can turn on or off; on ours, we only have no sound or the functioning sound, that sounds like a circus every time it completes a function. This is slightly annoying but manageable. Overall, the microwave looks great, it is big but performs well.

I went to Best Buy to buy a built-in microwave. Found what I wanted, Great looking appliance, easy to use and works terrific. Glad I went to Best Buy. Very affordable and looks great in my kitchen.

This microwave looks great, works great, and my favorite part is that it has more than just a High and Low fan speed. The fan is more quiet than my previous microwave so I am happy with it. It was easy to install. I was able to use my old holes and bracket so it was really fast to replace. I don't use the rack inside the microwave but it seems to be a cool feature to have.

Works very well so far. The best feature is the fingerprint free stainless steel!! It is amazing. If you love the look of stainless but not the work this is the way to go. Completely worth the slight extra you will pay for it. The only thing I don't like is that it does not seem to have a pause button. It is the only microwave I have ever used that doesn't have one. Maybe I will get over it but right now I really miss it.

For functions and super size this unit is a great buy. Very quiet unit.

I've been very happy with this microwave. It's larger than my previous microwave, so it sticks out a little farther from the cabinetry. But it looks nice and the door opens easily and smoothly. It has a nice sounding beep, although it's a little quiet. (I haven't looked up how to increase the volume.)

A newer version of the one I had, I hope that it lasts longer than the last one (5 years). Everything seems to work well. The only improvement would be to have a brighter light for the stove.

I purchased this after my Samsung microwave packed up. The repair cost was the same as a new microwave, so I did some research and came up with this Whirlpool. So far so good! It has been close to 4 weeks now, and we have no complaint. Fingerprints are easily removed and I do not need to use the SS cleaner :)
