Machine has power clean good .The only thing when you buy open box pieces are missing

I got this with the associated dryer and the stacking kit. It’s compact and does a decent job.

We purchased this machine used from it's original owner who had used it briefly in a house we purchased from her. This clothes washing machine was out of warranty. Clothes washed in this machine come out grossly wrinkled, faded, and notably shrunk. Notably, the clothes are very warm at the end of washing and I always wash and rinse in cold water. This machine has been expensive to use as it has ruined countless clothes.

Since first day was always hard to turn on. Had to keep pushing start button but eventually came on. Then 2 months in it just quit working would come on but not start the wash cycle. Whirlpool was good they sent someone in a couple days but part took a week to get. They replaced the computer but same problem with it not always starting. Had to unplug and re-plug cord once to get it to go. Very disappointed. I bought this because my last Whirlpool lasted years with no problem but that one was mostly analog and didn't have all these lights and chimes. Not looking forward to calling for another repair and having to go to my mother in laws to wash our clothes.
