This washer and dryer has been a great unit we have not had any problem with this combo unit and the dryer has been a fast time dry time what a great buy.!!! Thanks for having a great unit there on your show room

overall i was very surprised at the amount of water (5 inches) used to run machine. Called tech in to see if washer was working alright, he reassured me that the new machines run on a lot less water than before. My clothes seem to be coming out clean. runs a little louder than expected but overall happy.

This serves my purpose of doing a load of laundry daily. Great for smaller households (condo/apartment/retirement living). I love it so far. I've had Whirlpool products in the past, and haven't been let down yet. Good product!

I’m not OCD but I have to wash this washer cause of mold! It creates mold in some inner parts that I can smell. It leaves weird residue and lint’s all over our clothes! I have to use a tweezer to get the hair( we don’t own pets) and lint that’s gotten stuck in the machine to make sure that these nasty stuff don’t get attached to our clothes( picture attached) If you plan on buying this machine, make sure to buy your tweezer first! What a joke!

Perfect for the college condo set up! This is a great unit and works really well! Gets clothes really clean and dryer does awesome! I love the stacker units! Great job Whirlpool and best buy!

No sure what everyone is complaining about not having enough water. I replaced an older Thin Twin, and this one seems to wash everything just as well. Only issue I have is I now have knocking in my pipes after the technicians installed the new washer. My old washer never knocked. I've tried adjusting the pressure as well.

Read a lot of people saying the machine doesn't put out enough water, not sure what they're talking about, maybe they received a defective machine? Mines outputs the perfect amount of water as long as you don't overstuff the machine.

I love this combo. We had a Frigidaire before this and HATED it. So, this is a nice surprise. And I don't know why, but the clothes are so soft after washing, I've been able to skip the softeners! Must be some physics involved there somewhere! lol Seriously, great product

At first the washer part vibrated really bad and was pretty loud we actually thought something was wrong with it the vibrating is a little better but it is still pretty loud

The machine is good for our needs and application. we do not require heavy duty machine

Bought this washer/dryer for our apartment. We figured we would save money if we bought one instead of paying at the coin laundromat. It’s a very simple model but it is also efficient. It’s difficult to find a vertical washer/dryer and I’m so greatful I found this one!

Pretty quiet when on. The only time I may hear it is at the beginning and end of cycle.

Gets the job done! Definitely a barebones system, but it's cheaper than a laundromat in the long run (especially with a toddler) and maximizes our space perfectly.

The sales rep at the Cerritos store was very professional and Kristen the sames manager was awesome helping as well.

We bought this as an open-box item. We needed a simple, basic unit and we love this one!

My washer and dryer combo is Awsome and glad I ended up going to best but to get it !!!!

Had this item delivered and installed. Set the dial for warm water and only cold came out. Hot was very hot, and cold was cold, but warm was the same temperature as the cold. Called Pacific Sales at Best Buy and asked to change item for one that works properly and was told that the warranty would have to correct my issue. They would only change it if Whirlpool authorized it. And they would not. They said warranty only covers repairs not replacement. Crazy to buy a brand new washer and have it not work and have to wait for a repair opening.

You can wash 1tee shirt and a pair of socks! More than that, the water levels are so low, you have to run clothes twice to rinse! Yes all connections are ok.

May be the best unit but anyone 5'3" or less has difficulty reaching controls. Did not buy for that reason.
