I purchased this unit to replace a very similar one that was installed over 15 years ago. The space was really only set up to accommodate this type of washer/dryer unit. It seems to work fine. Nothing fancy but does the job, and it fit perfectly into the space.

I have bought many things from best buy over the years and have raved about their geek squad staff, but will never purchase an appliance from them again! Only option for gas stackable, Took 1 week for first available installation date, same day as install machine was broken, cust service told me to go back instore & do an exchange. Instore made me repurchase hoses in order to do the install even though i bought new ones for the original (they said they wouldnt install without another set of new ones), Then they wouldnt acccomadate the fact that their machine was a dud & bump me up on the install calendar so i had to wait another week and a half... machine finally came, same installers, machine works but installers hooked up the hot/cold water so now the machine washes using cold for hot water cycle and vice versa. A complete hassle and Best Buy didnt offer me a discount or anything for MY inconvenience.

After a host of installation issues from Best Buy (I had to hire a plumber to come out and install it after Best Buy technicians left without installing the unit), the washer overflows and shakes violently in the spin cycle. It may just be that the unit I received was a lemon, but everything about this machine has been frustrating.
