I had a problem with getting wrong ice maker but Best Buy team was there to help me and solve the problem. I now have a working ice maker and I love my refrigerator. Best Buy is truly the BEST!!!

Great basic Whirlpool refrigerator! We didn’t need anything really fancy or with a lot of extra features, and it has worked perfectly every day! The guys that came to set it up were really friendly also.

I will never buy another Whirlpool appliance! Three years after purchase, the compressor broke down but it was covered by a limited warranty for up to five years according to the documents it came with. After 3 attempts to call Whirlpool and being placed on “hold” for at least 20 minutes each time, I was still unable to get connected to a local authorized repair company. With another call to Whirlpool and a 30-minute wait, someone finally answered and gave me the name and numbers of 2 repair companies. But when I called them, they said they needed a repair ticket number from Whirlpool and I need to call Whirlpool back because they themselves have difficulty communicating with Whirlpool. Rather. Than deal with the headaches, we opted to purchase another fridge. And that’s just what we think Whirlpool wanted us to do so that they don’t need to honor their warranty.

I'm pleased with my refrigerator wish I had space for a larger one, I like the sliding deli drawer could be larger a light in the freezer would be very much appreciated . but over all we are satisfied!

Although the saleswoman who initially responded to my request for a refrigerator was not helpful, the gentleman who then appeared was.
The plastic crisper bins seem rather thin and a bit cheap but otherwise I like the appliance.
My main disappointment is the lack of service for repairs.

especially Kyle, the manger have been always so helpful and informative.
However, the delivery outside contractor are horrible, the least. They’ve been rude, uncooperative and ignorant.
Last delivery, they damaged our hardwood floor.

The refrigerator and freezer barely reach the optimum temperature at maximum temperature controller setting. At delivery the door seals didn't close properly as the door wasn't straight. After requesting a repair or exchange I was told that someone would come to fix or replace the refrigerator. After 2 months waiting I decided to fix the problem myself. I wouldn't recommend this refrigerator to my friends. I also wouldn't buy anything from Best Buy again that I can't return myself to the store.

This just what I was looking for. Chilled down quickly
