The refrigerator won’t get to temperature in either the freezer or refrigerator. Have tried to contact Best Buy and can’t get past their customer support. Have lost a ton of food because it is either thawing in the freezer or freezing in the refrigerator

Beware stainless vs monochromatic stainless. also beware best buy only allows 15 day exchange or refund now. NEW POLICY,. They just lost a 2000.00 TV sale with me over this.

Worked for 6 months, broken for at least 2

I don’t usually write reviews at all, but I had to write this.
It worked great for 6 months, then it completely stopped cooling (as in, literally blowing room temp air).
It took a month to get service under manufacturer’s warranty, only to find out the part needed is on backorder for 4 weeks, so I will have been out this refrigerator for at least over two months (out of 8 months I will have owned it) by the time it is working.
This is not acceptable for an essential, expensive appliance like a fridge. Even when it is working again, I will not have any confidence that it will continue to operate, nor be fixed in a timely manner if it does breakdown again.
I understand being understaffed, and having supply chain issues, but that should be no excuse to have your customers waiting with nonfunctional equipment for so long.
I blame none of the reps or technicians I spoke with: this is strictly Whirlpool

I love my new refrigerator. The best part is that it is almost exactly like my old one. I especially like the configuration of the interior. It also runs fairly quiet.

Refrigerator arrived on time and home delivery company was amazing; however, item was dirty/greasy. Had terrible customer service when called about order. Customer service rep working from home and very very rude to delivery crew and myself. Had item picked up for return on 2/25 and have not had my leasing plan credited.

I received this refrigerator. It had a scratch on it. It didn’t affect the operation of the appliance. I was told a gift card would be sent. It’s been few weeks now. Still haven’t received it. Also I did check every mail that came in.

OK, so I am still getting Review your product on a product I HAD THE GEEK SQUAD COME TAKE BACK. I AM ALSO STILL GETTING CHARGED FOR THIS REFRIGERATOR THAT IS NOT IN MY HOME. I DID NOT LIKE THE REFRIGERATOR, .I EXPLAINED THAT TO Best Buy TWO DAYS AFTER GETTING IT. I FOUND ANOTHER REFRIGERATOR AND THEY BROUGHT ME THAT ONE AND TOOK OUT THE WHIRLPOOL. IT IS NOT IN MY HOUSE> THE SAME FOUR MEN WHO BROUGHT IT TO MY HOUSE, TOOK IT OUT AND PUT THE NEW ONE IN, BUT THEY LOST THE REFRIGERATOR AND SO NOW AFTER ABOUT 17 DIFFERENT PEOPLE I have contacted and tried to get to see the issue, am I happy? NO. I am tired of fighting it, so I am resting, but I will not pay for a refrigerator I don't have.
