The refrigerator was delivered but never seem d cool enough. After a couple of weeks, it stopped working. We are waiting for a repair man to come this Friday. I am so sorry we bought this appliance!

I'll never buy from Best Buy again!!! The delivery people damaged the fridge while switching the door swing. THEN...the replacement they delivered is the WRONG ONE!!! The fridge is great! I'd just recommend buying it from someone else.

For a $900 purchase I would have at least expected an light
in the freezer. No ice trays or racks either. The Refrigerator
looked great in the store, with shelving etc. but not very user
friendly once at home. Bad investment on our part.

Disappointing! Just over two years after purchase the defrost control box failed. The replacement part costs over $400 according to the Whirlpool service tech and not covered under Whirlpool component parts warranty. That's half the cost of the refrigerator. I rate this a fail.

the refrigerator did not work when delivered. called whirlpool the next morning after delivery (approx. 18 hrs after delivery), but whirlpool refused to send a repair person because I needed to wait 24 hrs after it was first turned on for it too work properly even though it was not working. whirpool somehow thought it would magically start running after 24 hrs. I returned it and bought another brand and will not buy whirlpool again.

Had to return fridge because it came with a big stain across the the top door was unable to remove no matter what i did. Replaced it with another fridge and in black way better.

Nice like the see through drawers. Had to turn knob way up to get cold. Not sure why.
