Don’t buy if you want an ice maker! Discontinued and you’ll have to search for an ice maker like it’s the freakin Lost Ark.

I don't know if it's a problem with our power source or if there is something wrong with the refrigerator/freezer, but we are having problems keeping our food frozen. Sometimes when I go to get something out of the freezer, everything is completely frozen, but sometimes I go in there and the food only seems half frozen.

Sold a broken refrigerator

The refrigerator doesn’t work, hasn’t since the day I brought it home. It took two weeks to get a repair person to look at it. They said the fan is broken and that someone would call later that day to about the part. No one ever called.

The refrigerator had the ice maker removed. Its scratched inside. It’s not brand new. It must have been a return. Not happy about that. I would have given it no stars but you don’t offer that.

Like the fridge wish it would work. Don’t like that Whirlpool won’t send anyone out for 6 days. I will trouble shoot myself and hopefully can fix it. Didn’t realize how important a fridge is till I had one that didn’t work.

Freezer failure.

I purchase this and it was delivered on 11/26/21. A year and 3 months later, the freezer went out. Of course my 1 year warranty is over. I'm not happy.

I was not advised that the product would not work properly in the area in which it was to be situated. Extremely disappointed and will probably never shop at Best Buy and will tell others my sad disappointing story.

I’ve had this refrigerator for 2 years and it quit working. Warranty was only good for 1 year so now need a new fridge again.

A 'Not Bad' refrigerator

My requirements for a refrigerator were related to height (this one fit), noise, glass shelves, and a drawer in the middle. Quiet is a subjective term, but this refrigerator is a heck of a lot quieter than my old refrigerator, that said my dishwasher is quieter than my old one. The refrigerator is also noticeably deeper than our previous mid-90s model. The shelving is fine and spaced well. All in all it is a perfectly adequate refrigerator. It's not going to change your life or anything, but it does what it needs to.
Pros:
Relatively quiet
Sturdy glass shelves
Cons:
Door seems poorly balanced even after multiple attempts at balancing via bottom wheels.
Meat/Cheese drawer is difficult to close, probably due to it being adjustable from left to right.
Adjustable shelving in door ends up loosing a lot of space compared to non-adjustable full length shelves.
