I had 18.5 sqft Amana refrigerator that I had purchased years ago from BestBuy, So I returned to BestBuy to buy the replacement Refrigerator. I wanted the basic refrigerator without all the bells and whisles, and in black. The staff at Best Buy listened to me and knew the exact refrigerator I wanted and subsequently purchased. The whole process went very smoothly, delivered as promised. I do hope and feel that it should last as long as the last one. Very Happy customer of Best Buy.

Good size works well worth the money. The only thing to complain about was the delivery. They didn’t call the number I gave them and in turn didn’t deliver it. My food spoiled while we waited for it. Not HAPPY!

Like the look of it and it's roomier than I thought. But I think the price ($818) I paid was too high for such a basic refrigerator. I seem to be having a bit of an issue with the temperature control so I will have to call to ask about that. Also, when it got dropped off I was very surprised they said they couldn't change which way the door opened. I thought that was automatically part of delivery setup. It took my son and I almost 2 hours to do the change because a lot of the screws would not come out. Overall I guess I like the fridge but I'm certainly not "thrilled" with it.

Very good basic refrigerator. Plenty of room. It's being used as a second refrigerator, but since the main refrigerator quit it's my main refrigerator. It handles that well.

Pleased with this refrigerator. Quiet good value. Did not realize the absence of a light in the freezer would make finding items harder. Door required lubricating to stop it sqeaking.

Working like a champ was happy to buy from the open box as it saved me money in refrigerator is excellent

The refrigerator was purchases as a secondary unit to be put in our basement. It works great and gives us the additional space we need for larger cakes and platters when having parties and gatheings at our home.

Office needed a new fridge, this unit fit the budget. I was expecting an average fridge to arrive based on the price but when it was delivered i was impressed. -great size vs value -not loud when switching on and off (small office break room so sound is important) good bang for the buck

This refrigerator is deceiving when first looking at it in the store. But once the geek squad delivered and set everything up for us. We are amazed about the storage Easy to clean You are able to move the shelves on the door and in the fridge. If you are looking for a fridge this one is awesome

This refrigerator is very simple and that is what we like - less fancy technology may mean better reliability or easier fix many years from now. This replaced a 21 year old similar Whirlpool refrigerator. Shelves supported by "grooves on the internal body" will hopefully be okay when numerous heavy items are placed on the shelves. And better than rusting metal supports (old style). The finishing of the internal lining pieces looks of lesser quality than what we had before so that is a concern. Note when buying this refrigerator we were told this model was "finger print resistant" and it is not.

The item works perfectly. It fit in the space where the ancient fridge stood and has more room than the old one.

The refrigerator is a nice size and the shade of white is nice and bright. The reason I rated the quality at 3 stars is because this refrigerator is larger, yet lighter than the one I replaced. It feels cheaper than the one I replaced. It is also noisy, the motor has a humming sound. Otherwise, it is great because I have a very tight space (height) and I can only have this style of fridge. I LOVE the capacity.

My fridge suddenly died with no hope of resurrection. And looking at ads & online the prices were surreal. My salesman got me hooked up with a lease/purchase deal that got me the necessary appliance at a really good price! The whole transaction I was in & out in under an hour & it was delivered 3 days later as promised & set up perfectly. I will be back to BEST BUY in future

We use this as a second fridge in the garage and are pleased with the item. We don't need an ice maker or water dispenser so this meets our needs. It runs very cold and the door storage bins are spacious, fits our gallon milk jugs and beverage bottles. This is a basic refrigerator but does its duties well.

Perfect for our needs. Only one complaint: no light in freezer compartment. (should've checked the specs but really no big deal!)

Fridge is bigger than it looks online. So far so good no issues. It was damaged out the box but Best Buy will replace it.

Wonderful delivery. Right on time & updated by email & phone. Refrigerator is quiet & meets our needs completely. Only problem is door does not close by itself. Have to make sure it’s closed.

Best thing is that you will not have hand prints on the doors.. Very nice and spacious.
