Always a great product. I use Whirlpool refrigerators for all of my offices across the country. Wouldn't use any other brand.

Absolutely love it. Fits perfectly in space and lots of storage.

We are very happy with this refrigerator. It is really large inside, both the freezer and the refrigerator. We have it in the garage because we can't fit everything in our other one. It is perfect. It seems to be very good quality.

The inside of the lower section features LED lighting, something that is often limited to more expensive models. Its inclusion here gives the interior a sharp, clean look, and makes it easier to find food tucked in the back. You’ve also got lots of adjustable storage at your disposal. The Flex-slide Bin glides smoothly from left to right, and both the main shelves and the door bins have lots of storage slots to choose from. Also on the door, you’ll find a small flap at the top next to the dairy bin. This can flip down to serve as an additional shelf, or you can pop it up to make room for tall items like bottles of wine.

Good quality for the price. We bought for a 2nd fridge in our basement. Might have preferred if the freezer was a little smaller because we use it as a 2nd fridge. Works good

This is great refrigerator for this price point, lot's of room in doors and interior. Highly recommend.

This refrigerator was delivered on 2/15/17. It replaced my 33 year old General Electric which was still working. I decide to replace it when the compressor began making a humming noise. My new whirlpool is uncomfortably loud. It makes a weeeeee sound together with a motor noise that I can hear from 35 feet away. When I read the reviews I noticed that people complained about the sound but I never imagined that it was actually that loud. My old GE had insulation around the compressor and made no noise. The whirlpool has no insulation at all. I have no complaints about the temperature in either the freezer or the refrigerator. Were it not for the noise, I would give it 4 stars

I love the size and the color but it makes these funny "whale like" sounds when it is running. It's hilarious. l don't know whether to call Whirlpool or Best Buy and tell them what is going on.

Works Great.. no freezing spots in the refrigerator...nice clear deep shelves so you can see what is in the back...only con is soda/wine bottles only fit in the door. Freezer fits alot of food addition of ice maker really puts out alot of ice!

This refrigerator is great. We had to be careful of size due to area being built in and we could only have certain size. It's easy to see inside and clean. The only complaint we have is we were told it was fingerprint free. But it isn't. Was almost a deal breaker, but we kept the refrigerator.

This was the first appliance I have bought from Best Buy. I typically go to other home stores. My experience in the store was excellent and the refrigerator was priced the same as other stores. The item delivered was what we ordered and has been working excellent since it was installed in our rental.

We have a lot of gatherings with friends and family and have always needed additional fridge/freezer space. The Whirlpool 20.5 Top-Freezer Refrigerator was perfect. Fast delivery!
