This is our 2nd purchase of the same product in 2 years. We have a multi-family rental that we updated recently and this is what we went for both units. It’s not that expensive but we still loved the stainless design. It has the traditional 2-doors and offers a lot of space.

Within one week of purchase there was a pool of water on the top shelf of the fridge. then the next week I noticed it again and looked in the freezer and noticed the freezer had a layer of ice all over as well. Definitely not what I was expecting and the price was 800 total so a bit pricey for it to already have something going wrong. :(

I originally purchased a Whirlpool refrigerator on 9/20, that was delivered 9/30. It was defective. A new one delivered 10/7 was defective, and the delivery drivers did not even bring it in. Same thing happened 10/11, 10/18, and 10/22. NOTE: that is 5 units that were all defective. For all the anticipated deliveries, I cancelled other appointments, and made other arrangements to be home. So I not only wasted a lot of time over 5 days. I finally gave up on Best Buy!!!

I could't believe how loud this refrigerator was. Doors didn't align properly so a lot of frost and ice built up in a short ( 2 days ) time.glad I was able to return it

I purchase this refrigerator on April 28th. Today is June 12th and I am having to schedule a second service appointment! The freezer doesn't self defrost and then the refrigerator temperature goes up in to the 50s and 60s. Very disappointed! I have lost food twice now since I lost food from my 16 year old refrigerator going bad. At least I got 16 years out of the old one instead of 2 weeks out of the new one!

I've only had the fridge for 2 years and already the thermostate and blower went out. This was an $800 fridge which was a lot of money for us, so I can't afford to replace it.

Not a bad fridge, but the first one we received, the freezer didn't work. Lost all our food. Had to reschedule another day to have a replacement delivered. Second fridge freezes, for now. Plus, price dropped from $799 to $699 right after I bought it, and Best Buy refused to give the difference back. Only high point of the purchase was the delivery crew. Great guys. Same for both fridges.

Purchased less than a year ago and already not working. My previous refrigerator lasted nearly 25 years. Come on Whirlpool.

One of the worst purchases ever made. Had it delivered to our home and stored it in my garage until my daughter was moving. On moving day while refrigerator was still boxed and never opened when we went to open box it was so damaged it was unbelievable. The box and all the foam was all intact and you would never know it was damaged. It was so damaged it literally looked like it was damaged then boxed up. This was a gift for my daughter and we was scrambling on moving day to find another refrigerator and unfortunately we had to go to a competitor to buy one.
