This fridge has MAJOR condensation issues. The service guy said there were 200 other with the same issue I had. 1st they said there was an ice blockage stopping air flow between the freezer and fridge. then they replaced a fan. Then they replaced the door. I still have pools of condensation in summer. Puddle of water in the vegetable bins. Service just came back and seems to be starting the whole cylce over! Why don;t they just replace this lemon?

Love my new refrigerator! I’m happy with the smooth coating on the outside so easy to clean! Also like the sliding cheese/deli drawer- can slide from one side to the other depending what is stored in the refrigerator!

Refrigerator is very noisy when it runs. Shelves are not very strong. Glass shelves bend about 1/2" when I put the same bottles on them that I had in my Amana.

Nice looking fridge. Arrived on time and in good shape. Motor is loud. I would be annoyed if it was for my own house, but I put it in a rental unit. Wouldn't buy again because of the noise, but its not worth the trouble to try to exchange it.

The unit is very noisy. Has a water running sound when cycling and does not have an ice maker. Whirlpool service reports that this is normal. Not good from a company you could rely on.

I haven't had this item for a full year, and now it's died for the 3rd time. Stops cooling, defrosts everything, starts clicking. Best Buy was no help. They gave me 800 number. The person I spoke with didn't want to schedule repair because she said clicking is normal. Reading from her script. Defrosting is not normal. Losing groceries 3 times in a year is not normal. Have repair person coming tomorrow, but I was warned I may need to pay $130 even though I've owned it less than a year and am still making payments.

In-store personnel an the final delivery guy were good. Everybody else i dealt with was awful, terrible, unhelpful, rude, and about every other negative adjative i can think of. Best buy needs to fire its entire tel cust svc operation and get rid of all contract delivery contractors. All in all, it was a miserable experience.
