I bought two of these refrigerators. Just after three years, I have to replace one because the cost to repair it is almost as expensive as the buying a new one. At almost the same time, the evaporator fan motor had to be replaced.

I would recommend this refrigerator for a garage. It has controls both top and bottom and the trays can be moved.

There is plenty of space inside and the drawers slide in and out without any problems. The black finish is really nice. I really like it.

I ordered brand new refrigerator on Bestbuy website. The day on arrival I wasn't home and my kids called me stated the refrigerator looks used and have some scratches and fingers prints inside refrigerator. I put refrigerator on maximum cooling and still not cooling enough.

This thing broke down in one month. It cost us a lot of money in spoiled food. We had to wait for a new compressor to be ordered and installed. We had one week of pain and misery with no fridge to keep our food. This company stinks. A brand new product should not fail!!!

Don't buy it. Waste of money. Good name brand but poor product. Try Fridgidaire or LG instead.

Don’t buy if you want an ice maker! Discontinued and you’ll have to search for an ice maker like it’s the freakin Lost Ark.

I'll never buy from Best Buy again!!! The delivery people damaged the fridge while switching the door swing. THEN...the replacement they delivered is the WRONG ONE!!! The fridge is great! I'd just recommend buying it from someone else.

I don't know if it's a problem with our power source or if there is something wrong with the refrigerator/freezer, but we are having problems keeping our food frozen. Sometimes when I go to get something out of the freezer, everything is completely frozen, but sometimes I go in there and the food only seems half frozen.

Sold a broken refrigerator

The refrigerator doesn’t work, hasn’t since the day I brought it home. It took two weeks to get a repair person to look at it. They said the fan is broken and that someone would call later that day to about the part. No one ever called.

The refrigerator had the ice maker removed. Its scratched inside. It’s not brand new. It must have been a return. Not happy about that. I would have given it no stars but you don’t offer that.

Freezer failure.

I purchase this and it was delivered on 11/26/21. A year and 3 months later, the freezer went out. Of course my 1 year warranty is over. I'm not happy.
