Exactly what I ordered and what I wanted. Replaced my previous Whirlpool with a new one, almost exactly the same. Like the space and easy to clean, etc.

This is a great refrigerator for a small space. It has plenty of shelf space, and racks on the doors. This is a reasonable price for a top and bottom. It seems very well built. I would buy another one if I need.

Product does what is expected; thank you for having this hard-to-find size refrigerator available. Have your guys wear foot protection while on the job was my only concern.

Love my new fridge from Best Buy. The price was just right for my budget. It goes perfectly with all the other appliances in my home. Most of all, temperature is perfect and lots of space for my groceries.

This adventure went sour from the very beginning my 3-day delivery ended up being 2 weeks. They had all these rules and regulations about the delivery I complied. When they showed up to deliver the refrigerator it was laying down in the back of the truck had already been removed from the box and had several dents. Then they informed me they couldn't deliver it because I didn't have a sidewalk I'll ask them to do is bring it in the house. Then they informed me they couldn't pick it up more than 6 inches off the ground so sliding it in my sliding glass doors in the back of my house was not possible. As per their agreement they said they would remove the doors to be able to bring it in my house if necessary. Then they said they couldn't take the doors off the refrigerator because they didn't have any tools. Then they made me remove my front door so they can bring it in my house. Now after reporting all the damage they agreed to knock another $50 off the refrigerator. Okay so I installed refrigerator where it belonged and almost 2 years to the delivery date the refrigerator failed stop Cooling. Fortunately about an extended warranty plan that will pull refrigerator was only warrantied for 12 months. So I called Best Buy and they came out looked it over decided they needed parts. The first time they needed Parts they ordered the wrong part. By by the time they came out the second time they decided it needed a different part so they had to reorder. So then the holidays were approaching and the priority was vacations and whatever else but not my refrigerator. So then finally after about 3 months, they install the new parts. It lasted for about 10 days and then failed again. I reported it I was told that if the guy came out to fix it and was not able to fix it they'd give me another refrigerator. The gentleman came out couldn't fix it but yet they weren't going to give me another refrigerator. So then they ordered some more parts. The repair of my refrigerator was at their convenience they made minimal effort to repair it at my convenience because I have to work for a living I have bills to pay. So then gentleman comes out third time makes the repair and so far so good at this point I don't have some of the issues some of the other people have reported did have a loud gurgling noise which was concluded as leaking freon. Now it's been 6 months since I called to get my refrigerator fixed rental on the refrigerator is a hundred bucks a month. Got no reimbursement wasn't even question about it they said there was a food spoilage reimbursement. But to try to claim it was utterly impossible because of the requirements. I used to think very highly at Best Buy but for some reason the company's not what it used to be. I thought the Geek Squad repair service was from my local store. I went to talk to the store manager and found out that the Geek Squad even though it was a portion of Best Buy is not connected with my store and is a total separate entity. I don't really have any problem with the service technician they seem to be fairly knowledgeable and capable. I did have a problem with management they weren't really concerned that the customer had an issue but they will take care of it when they got around to it.

Lots of door space for large bottles

I loved purchasing a refrigerator for my grandmothers home, it was made super simple, all we needed to do was wait for the third day after we set the order for the refrigerator to arrive and get installed, would do it all over again.

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS OR ANY OTHER WHIRLPOOL PRODUCT. THEIR WARRANTY PROGRAM IS A JOKE. Purchased this refrigerator because it had mostly good reviews and seemed to be a good value. Delivery was on time and they set it up great, took away all of the trash and were pleasant to deal with. Then, 2 1/2 months after buying this refrigerator, it began to make an intermittent clicking noise, then stopped cooling. We lost the entire contents of the our refrigerator. I called Whirlpool and they said they would send a qualified repairmen to fix the problem the next day between 8-12, The unqualified person who showed up at 12:40 said that the compressor was bad and he couldn't fix it, that they would report it to Whirlpoo.l who would make a decision on whether to fix or replace it, and that if it was to be fixed, he could not do it as he was not skilled enough to do it.
I called whirlpool and they confirmed that their repair contractor had no skilled technicians for 2 weeks. They scheduled someone else to come out. I called them first to advise what the problem was so they could order parts. They assured me that their technician would have the skills to diagnose and repair the problem. He too showed up late and said that it was a bad compressor and that Whirlpool would have to decide to replace or repair, either way, our refrigerator was not getting fixed that day.
Whirlpool tells me that the repair facility will order the parts but it will take 7-10 business days for them to come in. I explained that we need our refrigerator, we have kids and need to be able to keep food in the house and asked if they can expedite the parts process. The young lady on the phone said they can't expedite the parts BECAUSE THE SHIPPING COMPANY DOESN'T TREAT EXPEDITED PARTS GENTLE ENOUGH AND THEY WILL ARRIVE DAMAGED!!! This is professional grade b.s.. She offered a $50.00 visa card that will arrive in 6 weeks. Yaaaay.
After 2 1/2 months of working, it broke down and Whirlpool is not willing to spend a few extra dollars to expedite the repairs and works with unqualified, unprofessional repair technicians. Will never buy one of their products again.

Again to soon to tell. As far as now. I like it. Its roomy. Have to read up on temperature control.
I adjusted twice so far. At first it was freezing liquids in it. So of course i turned the temperature to what i would assume stopped drinks from freezing up. I have to. Like i said, read up on it more
