Overall, exactly what I was looking for. Good value. Has lots of space. I much prefer to side by side that keeps you from putting wide things in frig or freezer. Two things I didnt notice when buying that would not have kept me from buying, but I miss are: No light in freezer and smaller deli/cheese drawer.

Purchased a Whirlpool fridge/freezer as a spare for over flow items that don’t fit in the kitchen unit Good choice It’s quiet and shelving space is good and holds a lot food that just doesn’t fit for one reason or another. Happy to have this as a backup, too

I am kind of disappointed with this refrigerator, I had to replace my 20 year old fridge just for the energy efficiency, I got my first new refrigerator and the seals were all messed up on the doors and then I got another new one (same kind.) The fridge is made much cheaper than my old one and it develops a row of ice on along the top of the top shelf in the freezer door. We clean it off about every 2 to 3 days, I don't think it's suppose to do that but I don't want to hassle with getting another new one, it's a pain having to put all your food in coolers and transferring it from the old to the new one. I guess this one will keep the food cold and or frozen, that's all I wanted.

We’ve always had very good luck with whirlpool products, so when I was looking for a smaller capacity, no-frills garage refrigerator, I was happy to find this one. I would be satisfied with it if it weren’t for two things. First, the shelves are very flimsy. Second, it appears that the freezer door is supposed to be held shut tight with magnets. However, when we close the refrigerator door, the freezer door puffs out and the seal loosens up. We only realized this after the ice cream from the freezer was soft to the point of looking like it was melting, even though it is cold in the garage right now and exterior heat is not a factor. We turned up the freezer temp and now double check the doors to make sure they’re tight, but it’s too early to tell if the problem will be solved, especially when summer finally arrives. I purchased this appliance from the website without seeing it in person, so there’s the lesson learned. (The delivery and set up service, however, was outstanding.) My husband says it was semi-cheap, and it will do what we bought it to do.

Perfect no frills refrigerator. Great size. Clean look.

This was purchased as a spare refrigerator that's in my garage. I just needed the basic items (no icemaker), and I am quite happy with this unit. The inside of the refrigerator is very bright, although a light in the freezer would have been nice. It has a lot more room than I anticipated.

Our old refrigerator was still working but it was 36 years old! My hope that this new Whirlpool lasts as long as our first one. I like the features that it is a basic refr/freezer with no ice maker. (Less worry of it breaking or leaking water on your floor) It has lots of space. Very roomy vegetable crispers and meat keepers. A great seal to keep the cold in, and it is quiet.

When it was on sale, I bought this unit to provide extra refrigerator and freezer space. It is located in a utility room. It was a terrific choice. Not only was it a great value, it is spacious, doesn't waste space on an icemaker, and it has reliably maintained a constant temperature. I have had it for several months and am completely satisfied. Great choice.

Refrigerator works great! we had shopped other stores but the size of this was perfect and the price was great. The Refrigerator may not have a light in the freezer, but it is not needed. I would recommend it to a friend.

First one had a high pitched noise when motor running. Returned within a week while store warranty still in effect. Second one is extremely quiet. Very pleased with size of freezer and fridge size. Holds a lot of groceries. Would recommend getting store warranty for 3 years because appliances aren’t what they used to be.

Only problem is with the delivery process other wise very happy delivery people were not caring slam bam guys get in and out not taking time to explain the settings had to ask how it worked these guys don't care thank you customer service from the purchase to talking to customer service refridge works great

Great deal on a basic large fridge. 20 year old fridge died we replaced it with this one that is a little bigger.it is set up for a ice maker but it is NOT included. So far it has been a great replacement.

Good basic refrigerator and freezer. Our existing refrigerator died on a Thursday. We found this model at our local Best Buy on the same day. It was in stock and was delivered on Monday. While it worked fine, the unit had a horrible condenser/motor noise and Best Buy replaced with another unit of the same model promptly. It runs great without the noise. Best Buy was our third stop shopping for the refrigerator and the only place that had options in stock and available service/sales personnel in the store. Best Buy will be our FIRST stop in the future for such purchases.

The price was great, but lacks a few things. I miss the filtered water that I had in my previous refrigerator. I don't like the stainless steel, but did it for resale. I love the clear shelving, you can see everything in the drawers. It's easier to reach the back of the refigerator.

This Whirlpool refrigerator is well designed and has lots of room. The door layout works great and fits alot of items. Top freezer is good as well. Very quiet when it's not "filtering;" but noisy when it is.

The team was great got everything in, once doors wete attached They had scratches on them. Not from the delivery the doors were put on after the brought the refrigerator in the house . Also the freezer door on the inside is cracked exposing insulation. So i cant keep anything in my freezer for safety concerns.Now i have to wait 12 weeks for new doors. I should of sent it all back!

This replaced a Fridgidare 18 cu. ft. that required a couple of repairs in it's 6 year life span. So far we are very pleased, it's quiet, lots of storage with the extra 2 cu. ft., shelves are easy to adjust, the bins slide on rollers, took the normal 24 hours to adjust to the proper temp and is holding well at the desired 40 degrees. I highly recommend it.

I love my new refrigerator. Since power outages ruined the one I had with extra features, I decided to go simple. I couldn’t be more pleased with the space inside and the ease of use. It’s beautiful and perfect, especially for an empty nester.

I ordered a white one and it looks great. Very simple and funtional as deacribed. Lots of space for food storage. I'm happy with the purchase!

This product is awesome..the products has nice drawers in the refrigerator plus a lot of space. Its freezes quick n just right temp. Im enjoying my new refrigerator.
