A solid fridge, gets the job done for a great price

I originally bought the Whirlpool 18.2 cu. ft. model but the freezer wouldn't get below 6 degrees farenheit and freezer door would pop open everytime I closed the refrigerator door. So I returned it and bought this 20.5 cu. ft. model. This refrigerator works great. The freezer got down to 0 degrees within 4 to 5 hours after I turned it on. The build quality could be better. The fit and finish is not great but that's pretty standard for a low end American made product.

This refrigerator is working well at our church but the door was damaged when it was delivered so we've had to wait a few weeks for a diagnose and repair.

I love it! It’s perfect for my apartment, not to big just right. The inside is very roomy with versatile shelving.

I love this refrigerator. It’s much roomier than the last one. The glass shelves and drawers makes it easier to see what’s in it. The adjustable door shelves does wonders when you need more room for your jugs/bottles. Also the deli/meat drawers saves you from digging through the fridge for the smaller items.

Almost identical to the unit I replace which was 20 years old and still working. I like Whirlpool. Have had this unit for a while now and only complaint is that it is noticeably louder but not excessive. Seems to run a lot, but that is probably just because it is louder.

Bought for my extra fridge in the garage. Nice layout with ease of moving shelves. Runs quiet and easy to move. Perfect size for an extra fridge.

When this refrigerator is running it is pretty loud, but that is fine for us as we wanted a smaller refrigerator we could put in our garage.

Terrific second refrigerator. It has plenty of room--glass shelves and is whisper quiet. I have to put my ear to it to make sure it's running.

This fridge is so spacious. The sliding drawer is convenient, shelves are easy to maneuver and adjust. The freezer stays cold and the see through shelving is a nice touch. Items stay securely in both fridge and freezer doors. The only thing I dislike is that the fridge slides out pretty easily when I open the door, but that could be an error on my part. I was replacing my 40 year old fridge, so this is a fantastic upgrade. I definitely recommend!

We needed this refrigerator to replace our garage fridge that died suddenly. This is perfect! Great size and work well! I recommend!!!

Great refrigerator! Lots of room even in the freezer. Only negative it is NOT smudge/fingerprint proof:(

The whirlpool 20.5 cf is big enough to hold food for a small family and the finishing looks good.

Works perfectly well, but it makes some strange noises. We were limited in our choice because it had to fit in an existing space surrounded by cabinets.

I know the trend is to buy side to refrigerators, and refrigerators that can talk to you and plan your day and take your blood pressure (lol), but sometimes it's nice to go old school. We have heard from many friends that while the bells and whistles of some of the newer refrigerators are nice, the space isn't all it's cracked up to be. I looked in Best Buy for this type of fridge and it was amongst the cheapest but largest, so a win win. It has plenty of space in the fridge, freezer and on the door. We are very happy with it.
