The refrigerator works good! But, we are unhappy because the correct ice maker that fits it was and is unavailable. We tried ordering two different ones thru ebay and appliance parts and had to send both of them back. We spent $60 just on shipping charges. We want to know when the correct Whirlpool ice maker will be available?

Very nice refrigerator very spacious and works perfectly fine .

Nice capacity. Delivery nightmare. Bad mood driver and dumped all 4 appliances in garage. Took several phone calls to get them to unbox the refrigerator and stove and just set them in place. Remodel was not ready for the dishwasher and microwave install, so they got very upset and were not going to do anything, but dump and run. I will never buy anything from the store that requires delivery again.

Very quiet and spacious. Have no complaints since I bought it. Great value for the price!

The updated lighting in the refrigerator is a good improvement. The Whirlpool refrigerator runs very well with enough room for all food items needed.

The Whirlpool Refrigerator is working great. I have a 40+ year old Whirlpool side-by-side, and it is still working as good as it did the day we bought it. Actually it saved us during the time our 11 year old (other brand) refrigerator started heating instead of cooling, and when we bought and had installed our new Whirlpool. If it is 1/2 as dependable as the old Whirlpool, we will be satisfied.

We needed a second refrigerator and this is exactly what we needed. Lots of space and works fantastic. Excellent price point.

First of all, I had to purchase a refrigerator immediately. It was a week before Easter when my 9 year old refrigerator stopped working. I went online to find a refrigerator with a top freezer. My previous one had a bottom freezer and I did not care for it. Two things I have found that I do not appreciate are one, if you put something toward the back on the bottom shelf, it freezes. Yesterday, when I pulled the deli drawer out, the mechanism that holds the shelf snapped and it cannot hold the deli drawer. Overall, the drawers and shelves are cheaply constructed. The refrigerator is only 4 months old. If you have it for a garage/basement extra storage refrigerator, I think it would be good, but if you want to use it in your kitchen daily, I would look for something better. As I mentioned, I had not choice due to the pandemic and had to order online without seeing the product in person.

BestBuy has a professional Team for my Refrigerator and they did a great job with delivery and Installation. It works also very well.Love my Whirlpool. It is tough to move out when you have stairs and obstacles but they know how to do the job. I would never think anyone other than Best Buy for appliance purchases. This fridge replaced my still working 35yr old Sears Kenmore. I wanted a no frills fridge. Less things to break down. This fridge fit the bill. Its whisper quiet. Per cubic feet its the same size as my Kenmore but the way the door shelves are designed some fridge space is lost. There are only 4 cooling choices. But overall I'm happy with this fridge.

Love this outside of the funny noise it makes. I have been creeped out a few times when it's running. It's like someone is trapped inside the fridge screaming and slowly dying. I have never heard a fridge make that noise. Other than that it works and does the job.
