Conidering what the ori intention of this frog was for. I coukd have given it a 4 star. But our lives changed and our inhouse refrig broke . So here we are downgrading to this unit. It has a waterline but no kit to buy to connect. I wouod have to buy ice maker for 129.00 but ill go old school for now. Took forever to cool down to put anything in it. I lost all my food waiting.

Refrigerator works just fine and is pretty roomy. The issue is with the poor installation on the ice maker. It is unusable. It leaks all over. The ice tray fills with water and freezes what cubes are made into an ice block. It also creates mini glaciers in the back of the freezer. Product is fine. The installation I paid for is improperly done. I contacted Best Buy, spoke with a representative who was supposed to come out and hasn't, I also had damage done to the entry way to the kitchen.

It arrived with a big crack in the shelf. Other than that it works great.

This has been a great purchase. It is smaller than I expected as I did not measure my older one prior to this purchase. This has worked great for me so far.

I already had problems with the refrigerator. I had been lost lots of food due some defects that already was reported and fixed once Even though still not working properly as it was before. I am not happy with it

The quality and the finish of the refrigerator is poor. Whirlpool is losing control of the quality of its products. Engine works with a loud noise, missing screw, noise to open and close the door.

Bought this fridge in August 2022 and in January 2024 started having problems with the fridge freezing up, causing the vents between the fridge and freezer to become solid ice and the fridge to get warm... luckily bought the geek squad extended warantee... tech came out 3 times to repair... last repair replaced the whole temp control system, and less than a week later, it was doing the same thing again. Now, I'm looking into a replacement since it can't be fixed. So much food was thrown out due to spoilage from the inconsistent temp. Beware when buying this fridge, and if you do, then get the extended warranty!!!!

It is a refrigerator with an excellent distribution for different sizes of products.

Ours is less than 2 years old and the seal on the freezer door is unrepairable. The technician tried to install a new seal but it won’t stay in the plastic groove. With a 4.4 rating I expected no issues but, I’m told, it can’t be fixed which makes it unusable!

Missing parts on my refrigerator. How do I go about getting my missing parts. Top cap on hinge bottom cap on door handle. My friend has a fridge identical to mine and she has no missing parts. Have not received my statement yet, just wondering if they credited me for the returned ice maker.

I still wish it had extra shelving. I used an old one.

I purchased this item 9/12/22 and just recently 01/02/23 moved the refrigerator away from the wall and noticed all the damage on the back of the fridge. When it was first delivered I did notice a small scuff on the freezer door, but it wasn't extremely noticeable so I didn't mention it. I wish I had inspected the fridge before they left. I have attached pictures. They didn't set the feet right then used cardboard as shims. I found that out when I moved the fridge. Great items but INSPECT EVERY INCH before the delivery people leave.

Fridge delivered July 9th 2022. July 18 2022 the fridge is not cold, freezer is frozen over. No help from Best Buy service. Very disappointed doesn’t even cover how I feel.

This is the monochromatic model, so it's grey on the side and that is my only complaint so far, I wish the sides were black, but that model was much more expensive. This fridge is very spacious but not obnoxious in its depth. It's about 65.5" tall without the hinges. If you're not putting this in a totally covered-enclosed cut-out space, the height without the hinges is what you should pay attention to. Hinges have clearance in an open space in the front. All shelves are adjustable. I don't really trust the door shelves to put gallon containers on, although there is space for it. Wish it had a compartment for ice cube trays but since all of these newer models are equipped for an ice maker, I guess they assume everyone will splurge for it. Other than that, it came in perfect condition, no dents, dings or scratches. Delivery men were careful and nice. Temperature: Since it was just delivered, I have to give it time to cool but so far so good. Noise: It's really quiet. I'm not sure about all this loud motor noise that people are complaining about. I hear a settling noise but other than that, it has a really faint white noise hum. Fingerprints: yes, does show them. Overall, I'm very satisified with my new fridge. Sleek and spacious!

It's a great refrigerator but there are a few things I realized later about it. First, the freezer doesn't have a light. That's probably not a big deal to anyone, but i was used to having one. Second, it's a little louder than my old one, but I've gotten used to it. That's not really a big deal. It's still pretty quiet, but I'm just comparing it to my old one. Lastly, the lighting in the refrigerator part isn't as bright as i was used to. it's LED so that's probably why. Again, not a big deal. I would recommend this refrigerator if you're looking for this type. It's got plenty of space and works well.
