We bought this for our elderly father and for the most part it is a no-frills refrigerator. The reason for 3 stars is that the refrigerator came damaged (freezer door marked up) and we were shorted a door bin. Further, to get the refrigerator replaced, we were not able to get this until March 8. The frig was delivered on 12/27/21.

It is a spacious and simple freezer and refrigerator with extra storage for covid 19 days. With people shopping less frequently, the 2nd refrigerator makes sense.

Well laid out compared to old one. Only complaint is the ice bin is very cheep and thin. Glad we kept the old one.

This fridge was purchased as a second unit which is in our garage. It's a perfect size, nice shelves & drawers, Very suitable for our needs.

This is a great refrigerator. It has the vent in the front so less issues are expected and inside has ample room. The price is also a great value.

I purchased this refrigerator to replace an old one at our cabin. It is very spacious, nicely designed adjustable shelving. Love the LED lites inside, very bright to see items tucked back in the corner.

Needed a refrigerator for my warehouse and this was a perfect fit.

Didn't know it would be so noisy, it moans and cries. Had the manufacture come over and he said it is common on these new units. Condenser is smaller and louder. Otherwise it is ok

I was happy with my purchase. The delivery was not what I expected. when it was first delivered the men could not disconnect the icemaker and so we had to pay a plumber to come and disconnect it. When the men came back to pick up the old fridge they said that if they had been the delivery men they would have been able to do the disconnect and not cost us any more money. It all worked out in the end it just cost us more money than we anticipated.

A simple old school fridge that does the job! Perfect as a second fridge for the garage or basement.

Our last refrigerator was the same brand and almost the very same refrigerator. It was already 20 plus years old and we used it for another 15 years. I have no doubt this one will last that long too.

Good amount of capacity for the price range especially the freezer. The storage drawers could be a little bigger though. Overall happy with the purchase.

I had originally chosen a different fridge and ordered it online. The fridge I ordered was backordered for several months. This Whirlpool was available. I researched it extensively. The reviews said that it was loud and didn't keep the food cold. I decided to take a chance and purchased it. I have had it for two weeks now. It is not loud. It is a perfectly normal refrigerator. I am very pleased with my purchase! I did not want an electronic nightmare that would break in a million different ways and cost me a lot of money. This was perfect for my family's needs.

doors are a little light weight and wish there was a light in the freezer, but otherwise, this is a stellar purchase that met our needs.

My second Whirlpool refrigerator. First one was still running, and over 24 years old. I really like this one too. Well built and runs great. Very satisfied.

This is the second Whirlpool refrigerator that I have purchased and the previous one was over 20 years old. Although they are the same height/length, this refrigerator is lower than the last one. The freezer is lower and you have to bend over to see in the refrigerator. I do like the spacious freezer. The refrigerator shelves are glass and in the door they are heavy plastic and very sturdy. I like the design. It' very quiet so the pros out weigh that one con.
