I needed a relatively small frig to fit my space and this is perfect. You can move the shelves to accommodate whatever size Items you need to fit in. The door is very handy and holds many drinks eggs etc. It is quiet which I really appreciate, and clean lines on the outside

After a lot of research, I decided on this model. It has so much space inside. The freezer is 50% larger than my last one which is great since I recently signed up for The Farmer’s Dog and the food fits in the freezer easily. The refrigerator cools all the food evenly. I’m so happy with my purchase.

I recently purchased the Whirlpool 20.5 Cu. Ft. Top-Freezer Refrigerator in Monochromatic Stainless Steel to replace my old fridge, and it has been a great match! The only difference is that the door opens from the opposite side, which is taking a bit of time to get used to, but that's just a small adjustment. Other than that, it's perfect! The delivery and installation team did an excellent job. They were on time, worked seamlessly together, and got the fridge installed quickly. I also want to thank the online rep who helped me pick out the perfect match for my old model—they were very helpful and made the process easy. Overall, we love the new fridge, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Thank you!

This refrigerator has been excellent for the year and a half that we have had it for. Our previous refrigerator broke down and this was a very nice economical model that is perfect for just my wife and I. Enough room for the two of us and then some. Fridge and freezer areas are kept nice and cool. Very nice spur of the moment purchase at a very reasonable price.

very happy with the product itself. the fingerprint-resistant stainless steel finish is very nice and it does resist handprints and smudges. be aware that the stainless steel are on the doors (front) and door edges only, the sides of the fridge are the typical vinylized grey / charcoal colored coated steel (which did scratch easily upon delivery). the fridge is much quieter than our 18 year old GE that we rid ourselves of. don't understand some of the previous comments about this fridge making 'grunts, groans, and bangs'...perhaps it was the ice cubes dropping into the ice maker bucket? this fridge also does not seem to have to run as often as our old unit, we like the roomy interior with the LED light. the only thing still getting used to is the temp control panel: it is mounted on the inside upper ceiling of the fridge portion, right in the middle and to the front. therefore, when you swing a gallon of milk in to the fridge, you have to get used to swinging it to the left or right of the control panel. we keep accidentally hitting it, but it seems sturdy and has held up so far. ONE Complaint - Best Buy delivered it (likely contracted out, since they came in a HUB Rental truck) and the guys were not very careful during the delivery. I told them several times the front door to our home should be taken off the hinges first, since the door knob would be in the way. Delivery ignored me, could not get it past the door knob, tried lifting the fridge over it, and ended up banging into my banister and coat hooks. This apparently scratched the side of the fridge (we noticed the scratches after they left). They also scratched our hardwood floor pretty good at the top of our landing when they set the fridge down, and then turned it (huge swirl marks). I did see this when it occurred and pointed it out to them. They did it again when entering the kitchen. Refused to hook it up to the water line since Best Buy / Whirlpool will only allow hook ups to copper ice maker lines (mine was an existing poly line). So I did it myself easily. TO BE FAIR - Best Buy took our delivery complaint very seriously and is having a new fridge delivered in a few weeks at no cost to us. They also adjusted the price when we found same model slightly cheaper at a local competitor. I will be sure to remove the front door to our home MYSELF and my wife will be sure to inspect for any scratches prior to the redelivery. VERY HAPPY WITH THE FRIDGE and the way Best Buy is handling our concerns so far.

Moved and left larger bottom freezer fridge. Bought this one which fit exactly to new house. No ice maker,quiet, maintains temp. and roomy enough for our needs. Good price for a basic fridge. So far so good!

I bought this refrigerator about a month ago and am very satisfied with it. It is spacious, the glasses shelves are really functional and allow me to see through and find things easily. The size is perfect for my kitchen. Freezer is big enough and with its shelf makes storage simple. Its motor works quietly and silently. Very very good. I recommend!

Works like a champ! Love it’s sleekness and style. Plenty of room in the fridge as well as the freezer. I also enjoy the customization of the drawers inside to fit me and my roommates needs!

Not as noisy as I expected after reading all the reviews. I was excited about the option of having the gallon milk jug in the door bin but after I put everything in the fridge I decided to keep condiments in the door bins, less digging for these items if they were to be put on the glass shelves. Wish the deli tray and veggie bins were deeper and would hold more, hard to put a full stalk of celery in veggie bin, its not long enough. Ice cream is softer than what I would like in the freezer but about the same as my old replaced fridge with top freezer. Best Buy delivery guys were great and very careful not to damage door ways when bringing in the house.

My lord some of these reviews had me worried. It is quiet. It is spacious. The doors seal properly and tight enough. The delivery went smooth. Its the exact same size inside and out as the Kenmore Coldspot 106.70232900 that it replaced. Im not to sure of the humidifier drawers. We dont use them anyway for that purpose but i cant see how they would be efficient with those gaps between the shelf and drawer. The only thing i can warn you about is the fingerprints. I cant seem to get the fingerprints to go away. My wife will load this thing with magnets anyway so it doesnt really bother me.

This refrigerator is very large and holds a lot of groceries. There are a lot of storage bins on the door, two bins at the bottom and a half (snack bin) in the middle. The freezer is large and has a metal rack to split the top and bottom levels. Overall the fridge works great and keeps everything cold and frozen. My only complaints about the unit are that the bins at the bottom do not open and close very smoothly and I would like for the snack bin to be larger.

refrigerator allows ample space but wish had light in freezer and light in fridge took up less space. Also the if the bins were made of thicker plastic to make them more sturdy. recommend for people who don't need a large freezer and only have limited location space to put refrigerator.

I bought this refrigerator to replace my older, smaller one. The price was great and the reviews I read before I purchased it were spot on. This fridge is fantastic! It might look small on the outside, but is much larger on the inside than you would expect. It has great freezer space, and the air circulated well even when I packed it full. The sliding bin lets me arrange and rearrange things as I need to. All in all, it was a great purchase and I would highly recommend it to anyone with limited space who needs a reliable refrigerator.

I ordered the refrigerator on Dec 11, with a promised delivery on Dec 15. That did not happen and I was promised a delivery on Dec 21, that did not happen and then was promised a delivery on Dec 28. The refrigerator finally arrived. The delivery was done by two experienced technicians who did a great job placing and removal of the old appliance. When I checked after they left I found on shelf was broken and there was a lot of tape on the sides and inside. The refrigerator works fine and fits nicely in the kitchen.

Very good product. Cools my beer to the perfect chill temperature. Very big size to fit in the garage as a secondary fridge. The capacity is abundant to fit all your needs.

The refrigerator is wonderfully bright, but I miss the light in the freezer. Nice and quiet.

This fridge is totally worth the price. It’s cold and it fits perfectly in my kitchen. A few things I don’t like about it and hence the 4-star rating. It gets loud sometimes, but only for a minute or so. There’s no light in the freezer and the bars in the freezer and fridge door are too low and things can easily fall out.

I was looking for an old-fashioned look, and that's why I wanted a top freezer. I had used side-by-side and bottom freezers before, but read that top and bottom freezers are most energy efficient. Had it for almost two weeks and it seems to run quietly and cools well. I found the vegetable and fruit bins smaller than in my previous fridge. The grade of plastic on the interior bins seems to be light-weight. Wish I had ordered an ice-maker. The capacity is adequate for a two-person household, but not spacious.

Second One is the charm. Had to exchange the first one we got as the front wheel was damaged when delivered. The second one was in perfect condition and is performing perfectly. This is extra refrigerator for us being used in garage so has plenty of space for our needs.
