This refrigerator is the perfect size and color that I wanted and it was a great value. The delivery men were courteous, efficient, and went the extra mile to get the appliance into my kitchen.

1st refrigerator had damage. 2nd refrigerator -compressor problem. On 3rd refrigerator now.

Love the size of this refrigerator. Both the regular frig section and the freezer portion reached their temperatures quickly. We had ice cubes within 2-3 hours. Love the flex bin; makes storing items of different sizes easier.

we lost several weeks worth of groceries when this fridge quit working within one month of purchase. then when we called best buy they told us we had to contact whirlpool since it was still under man warranty. technician came out and told us we had to much food in freezer. However, this is a bigger fridge than the one we used to have, with the same amount of food in it. so we bought a bigger fridge, but it doesn't hold as much because of where the blower is placed in the top half. Our top half still got cold, but we lost everything in fridge section. So now we cant keep as much as our previous fridge and are pretty unhappy with that. otherwise it has been working, so far.

It took a long time to get the ice maker. The fridge is decent. It was a little off balance but my husband fixed. The manager gave refund for the inconvenience of the ice maker. Thanks

Very disappointed in the quality of this new refrigerator. The plastic crisper drawers are very light and do not slide in the cheaply made guide for them. The freezer and fridge door handles do not line up evenly, and you can't fill the shelves with food because the door won't close due to the location of the door shelves. We purchased the same basic model as our old one, which was 16 yrs. old, so figured the new one would be just as good. Not so!

Motor is a little loud, but interior design is nice.

Delivered in two days, they installed it and hauled the old one. Excellent customer service all the way

Repairman recommended Whirlpool. He said they run forever and only thing that breaks is the ice machine motor. Went with this retro top freezer style after not liking the bottom freezer which was hard to access and find items that got buried.

Great value for the sale price. Nice size for 1-2 people. Quiet and black to match my other appliances. Minor drawback there isn’t a light in freezer area.

Was very limited because could only purchase a refrigerator 33" wide and was unable to get a bottom freezer in that size. This refrigerator far exceeded my expectations. Just love the design both inside and out.

I like the bigger inner space compared to the outer body length and width. Like a big ❤️ inside a smaller body.

The fridge is great and door will automatically shut when left open and thats a huge plus!

We needed a new refrigerator and had been looking at multiple stores. We were limited on the size we could get. When we walked into best buy the sales man helped us out really fast and was not pushing the sale.

This is a good basic refrigerator. Installations went well. It keeps the food cold and frozen in the freezer. It would be nice to have a light in the freezer, but we knew it didn't have one when we bought it. No problems so far.

Needed a second fridge for our basement, this unit had good reviews and we haven't experienced anything to the contrary. Pricing was reasonable and all the basic functions are there. Don't expect anything fancy with this - it's just a simple fridge
