Not even a year later the compressor went out. My food was spoiled . Best buy had to send a third party company to fix this issue which took 3 weeks . A few months passed and the same issue again. This time it took 6 weeka to fix. They had me fill out a food spoilage form and they sent me a 300$ check to help w the inconvenience of loosing my food. Welp that check bounced! And when i call to get answers customer care ask for me to send a email to the administration team. Well i did and then I received a response saying i need to call. I call again and once again i was redirected to email . The protection plan is horrible .. this fridge is horrible. Dealing with best buy is a nightmare!

When it comes to refrigerators, I want reliability, sturdiness and durability. This Whirlpool has these and all the basic necessities in a combo fridge/freezer. I recommend it.

Replaced a broken RV refrigerator with this residential one. Fit right into the same space with a little cabinet work. Love the increased space especially in the freezer.

My biggest issue was the delivery process. I was not home during it. They definitely didnt wait or told my wife to wait a couple hours at least to plug it in. Worried thats why its so loud now. 2nd they had dirty hands and left black marks all over the white fridge.
