Have tried to contact Best Buy and can’t get past their customer support. Have lost a ton of food because it is either thawing in the freezer or freezing in the refrigerator

Chose a basic one for our budget but didn't realize how low the bottom shelf was. Husband made a platform which made it easier to access.
