This is a beautiful fridge and the counter-depth was a must for the size of my kitchen. Very happy with this purchase. My only complaint is that you cannot adjust the height of the shelves, so I can't fit my gallon-size sun tea container unless I remove a shelf. The shelves in the door are great for milk, but wouldn't work for something with a spigot.

This is a nice size counter-depth, side-by-side refrigerator by Whirlpool and the price was right. It fits our kitchen perfectly but the unit makes loud noises that are too much for us at night. Our 13-year old refrigerator was quieter than this unit. It has a nice storage but the shelf inside the freezer where the lights are were not well designed as it takes up space and can be awkward. We decided it was not for us and returned it for a Samsung.

The good; Counter depth is nice. Lighting seems to be adequate. The bad: When compressors start up they are noticeable. The noise from icemaker filling is loud but only for a few seconds. The dumping of ice into bin is loud. The exterior of freezer door seems to be cold. There needs to be one more shelf for freezer. If you had a 24CF previously this one will seem quite small. Wish I had read reviews by others prior to this purchase.

I got this refrigerator when Best Buy had their Black Friday deal since it was a good price. This refrigerator isn't my preference, but it's the only one that fits through my kitchen opening. The freezer side is very small and doesn't allow for a lot of storage. The refrigerator side has a lot of drawers, which is good. Also, the good thing about this refrigerator is that it is counter-depth so the fridge doesn't stick out.

I have a small u shaped kitchen and the fridge is located in the entryway. My old fridge stuck out in the walkway and made my kitchen look even smaller than it is. I really needed a counterdepth and when they went on sale I bought this one in black. It is gorgeous and fits beautifully in the space. My kitchen looks bigger and more modern now. I agree with a lot of the other reviews about it needing another shelf in the freezer but that is my only negative. The interior lighting is great in both the fridge and freezer and I seem to have as much storage space inside as my old fridge. I do not find it noisy at all and I have been told that I have very sensitive hearing. I love my new fridge!!!

I was a little hesitant to purchase this as its price was very affordable compared to the others in its class. The ice maker is the best we've ever had, temp is good. I read the reviews about smudging on the stainless steel and I have not seen that, its stays very clean. I'm very happy I bought this and would reccomend highly!

I feel like we overpaid due to the appliance being stainless steel. It keeps our food cold but any fridge could do that. The preset shelf notches give few options as a gallon of milk barely fits on the top shelf. Also one shelf is obsolete unless you are putting something flat like a pizza on it. The ice maker works great however the water comes out rather slowly. All in all I wouldn't buy this fridge again. The weird shapes inside make storing items like a puzzle.

The Whirlpool refrigerator was a good fit in the kitchen. It is counter depth but still large enough inside to suit our needs. The ice maker is a little loud at times but not overly annoying. The stainless steel goes well with the other appliances, however buy stainless steel cleaner. It did scuff up on the sides during installation and the marks came off with the cleaner. So far a nice buy.

Very happy with this product ,very quite , lots of room inside , we are very happy also with best Buy customer service and their Return Policy, no other Compagny will do the same .

After my first unit had a few small dents in the door, best buy promptly ordered a new unit which arrived about a week later. The motor is quiet, and the storage is plenty for a small family. Only complaint is there should be another shelf in the freezer.

So far, so great...haven't had refrigerator very long, but so far we love it...also, love the counter depth...still has plenty of storage.

Purchased this Whirpool counter-depth refrigerator for my condo. It fit great! Helps save space and looks great.

This product replaced a 16 year old fridge and has been a huge upgrade! Best Buy price matching worked great and our installers couldn't have been friendlier. Some reviewers posted about feeling like the number of shelves were too few I disagree and we have been very satisfied with the number of shelves. We also LOVE that this fridge is counter depth. Makes our kitchen feel so much roomier! Items also stay very chilled and we love the ice maker but it is noisy when it dumps and refills. Still LOVE the fridge but that is my only very minor complaint.

We looked at a lot of refrigerators and decided on this one. Easy installation and it looks sharp. Interior looks to be a little small but it works. We may have to buy a few more shelves to utilize the entire interior. Or. We may have to change them around to make it work. Freezer side is nice but a little small as well. But, for a first time refrigerator purchase, we're happy. Water and ice work just fine and being able to set/change temperature settings for both sides is easy and really nice.

Counter Depth Refrigerators are pricey. Pleased with it so far. It's quiet and works well. Best Buy rep said it came with all the filters, which it doesn't. I guess they have to skip on some things to keep the price down.

I love this refrigerator, I had to literally remove my doorway frame in order to install my last refrig. I was very specific about the size that i was looking for because i didn't want the same nightmare of the frame removal and I'm so happy that my NEW refrig. fit right in with no problems and no frig. door removal was not necessary.

I feel very happy with my new refrigerator and all family too, now we have more spacious free in the kitchen, and the ilumination inside is perfect, my son will buy one on January as soon as he moves to his new house in Orlando, Florida.

We live in a small condo and need a counter depth fridge so as not to compromise our kitchen space. Love this fridge! Lots of space inside and door water/ice dispenser is great. Very happy!

This refrigerator works perfectly in the space we were given to work in. It is Plenty big inside for all your food. I wish they would have given one more shelf in the freezer. I had to buy one online afterwards
