Nice refrigerator. Only wish that when you dispense ice that it wouldn't fall on the floor.

Ample space, love the features including the ice machine and ice options. Runs quiet. Looks great.

Overall very pleased with refrigerator. It has enough space for me and my family of 3. I like the convenience of water an ice dispenser in door. My only con is when refrigerator door is opened if you don't hold it, it goes back with a bang. I wonder if over time that could be a problem or the hinges could weaken or fail.

I️ was updating my kitchen and I️ wanted to change my stove and refrigerator. Not knowing much about refrigerators I️ bought what I️ like. The width was fine but the length stuck out to much. I️ decided to stop by Best Buy to see what was in stock. I️ began to talk with the salesman about my problem and he told me I️ needed a counter depth. There was one in the store and I️ purchase that one and I have enjoyed it.

The ice tray is quite small, but what do you expect with a counter-depth fridge. Other than that, it is worth the price.

I searced far and wide for a fridge that had a shallow depth. I found one in this fridge. Great quality for the price and looks great too.

I was about to buy the 25.6 size version of this fridge, but them realized I didn't need so much space. The exterior size of this one is about the same has its big brother, but this one uses less energy. I am amazed with how much space is inside. I love the redesigned ice maker from the previous year models. Ice maker is loud and it does shot ice cubes onto the floor, but over all I am happy with this purchase.

I particularly was drawn to this item because of Whirlpool's great reputation. Next, I was in need of a "counter-depth" unit. This fit the bill plus had the in-door water/ice feature, in addition to a built-in Pur water filter. The size was just right for me and the finish appealed to me as well.

In reviews i read, it noted how cold both the refrigerator and the freezer ran. so i adjusted my temps based on the comments. So far so good. I also needed a counter top space unit because i have such a small kitchen space and these units cost more! But i am pleased with the price of this refrigerator. So far i am pleased with the performance as well. I hope we have a long relationship! :-)

Holds more than we anticipated. Refrigerator is well-designed and brightly lit with almost all items clearly visible. The only downside is that our old freezer made clear, separated ice cubes, while this one seems to produce whitish, partly crushed cubes that still do the job but are less aesthetically appealing in drinks. Nevertheless, this is a minor downside with all else positive thus far.

This is a middle grade whirlpool refrigerator. good overall features. the "guts inside" of the refrigerator are the same for most whirlpools. it is like buying a car and the inside may not be the top of the line but are very functional. the offset in cost is a good compromise of price and features. this refrigerator fit a relatively small space so check the dimensions you may need.

My old refrigerator starting freezing everything so needed a new one in a hurry. My kitchen is small, so I needed a counter-depth model. This one is working great for me. I found that just soap and water and buffing with a soft towel keeps the fingerprints at bay. The side by side has a smaller freezer area than my old top freezer refrigerator so I'm learning to be more selective with buying frozen food.

I like that this was flush with my counter and that it fit perfectly. Of course because of that, there's not much space and the freezer is narrow. I also noticed that if the items in the refrigerator that are closest to the freezer are leaned up against that side, they start to freeze.

I ordered this as part of a kitchen suite and after delivery discovered the item was not getting cold. I had to wait a week before receiving a new fridge and I lost all my food. After receiving the new fridge; everything worked well. Ice and water maker were great. However my kitchen is small and the doors would not open far enough to allow me to fully access the fridge. I love pizza and had recently purchased a large pizza from Sams. I could not put it in the freezer because it was too small to hold it. I could not even access the fridge because I couldn't get the door open because it opened to a wall. I ended up exchanging the fridge for a french door model. Another thing I didn't like is the fragileness of the glass shelves. Be careful sliding items across them.

I researched many counter depth refrigerators and decided on this one. I reviewed comments and recalls and talked to a few repair people and this came out as one of the top choices. The water dispenser took 4 days to flow. Even the tech wasn't sure why but it makes ice now and I have water. Counter depth does mean a reduction in space, so it's a trade off but works just fine for me.
