Have not owned long enough to speak on dependability, but am disappointed with design. Could not actually see a floor model, so ordered it based on style, color and brand. It is slightly larger than previous fridge, but inefficient storage. Freezer bins very small and fridge storage is poorly designed. I feel the wide deli tray is a waste unless you typically store a very large amount of deli meat and cheese and it isn't deep enough to store much else. Didn't want a water dispenser, but only option. Wouldn't buy this particular fridge again, but had limited time to decide.

I’m sorry I bought this refrigerator. The freezer layout is not very good. The shelving units in refrigerator part are cheaply made. It won’t let me submit my review because of poor review.

Refrigerator was exactly what I was expecting. Sleek glossy black on outside and roomy inside. Delivery company did an excellent job!
