Doors do not open as far as I would like them. This makes the shelves hard to move. Not sure I would buy again.

Yes, when plugged in it would turn on and appear to work properly. However, it would not cool, make ice, or dispense water. Driving an hour to end up buying a dud was aggravating. So I called customer service to complain and kindly ask for a coupon code towards an exchange and they denied me. On their website it said that I needed to call their phone number, not the store in order to discuss defects, damages, returns, exchanges, etc., INSTEAD OF THE STORE. But when I did the CSR told me I needed to talk to the store manager in order to negotiate a discount on my next purchase...ugh. I know that open box rules are a little different but still, I feel I've been treated inconsistent with the rules. I feel like my time is being wasted and I am getting the run around. For that I can't get like a measly 10-15% coupon code?! Give me a break...

Our kitchen space is compact and we are a small family, so the 19.7 cubic foot refrigerator is perfect for us. Love the convenience of the in the door water dispenser and the ice maker in the freezer drawer at the bottom of the unit. A solid buy for the price.
