Several Months In This refrigerator surprised us with how much shelf and door space it had. The space can be attributed to the depth it has. That does cause it come out further than our previous refrigerator. And it doesn't create the uniformed look we were looking for but that isn't the primary purpose of this product. The only pet peeve I have with this refrigerator is the Thru-the-door ice and water feature. Not sure if it's just my fridge... But the mechanism -that is used to engage the water and ice- needs to be pushed really far back for it to start the flow. This causes a weird angle and a feeling of lack of control. I would prefer it to be more sensitive to the "touch". And not that it is a big deal but the Thru-the-door feature isn't controlled with touch sensors; it has subtle buttons, hidden slightly behind the panelling. Otherwise, an awesome fridge.

well this is a great refrigerator at the lowest price at Best Buy and i know this by checking the same part number at all different providers close to my area, this was the Best Buy i ever had!!!!!

The fridge is spacious, but the freezer is so tiny! Unfortunately we were restricted by the height, so this was the "shortest" fridge with in-door water that we could find... so had to settle for the small freezer side. We're just a couple, but if we had kids I would imagine we would need a basement freezer to supplement.

Price was good compared to other models however the motor is somewhat noisy.

I love the fridge, but its not smudge proof. Nice Size.

My new Whirlpool refrigerator appears reliable and easy to use. Only time will tell whether it's Energy Star rating is justified.

Only complaint is that it is easy to leave the door open.

I can't tell you how resfreshing it it to open the doors and actually be able to see what is inside. Glass shelves and clear drawers make all the difference in the world. The inside lights are true white LED based lights that do a fine job of allowing you to see clearly. All of the shelves are adjustable, you can totally customize the interior to your needs. Also, they slide forward about 7 inches so it's easier to reach way in back. I haven't had ice and water in the fridge door since I was a kid, man is it great! Seriously, we just cannot say enough about this great fridge, we love it and the sales reps at Bestbuy are knowledgeable without being pushy. An excellent choice for a roomy fridge that fits in those tighter spaces.

Had a limited space to work with for the fridge and this fits perfectly... The guys installed it great and hauled away our old one... So far, so good!

Excellent frig, quiet even when ice maker drops cubes! Love it. Only one thing I think could be improved. Sides are textured black but the doors are flat smooth black & like stainless steel shows fingerprints. It's a small thing considering so many refrigerators are so noisey, even high dollar ones!

I love this refrigerator. The black color is as good as the paint on my vehicle. The LED lighting is so soft yet very effective. And the convenience of the in door ice and water is a dream.

One complaint, the ice spits out on the floor. You must put cup close to top of ice maker to prevent this from happening.

This refrigerator looks and works great. I like the gallon size door storage. It keeps stuff cold.

This side-by-side works very well for our needs. Choices were limited for us due to cabinet opening (34" width and 69" height), but this Whirlpool model is perfect. Some ratings were lower stating it's noisy, but we haven't found that to be a problem. Periodically we can hear the ice dropping into the plastic bin. One other con mentioned in ratings is water from the in-door ice/water dispenser dripping out on the floor. That has not been a problem for us either.

I read the reviews but most were good but I was not happy almost the minute it was installed. We had a small fridge but this seemed smaller and the ice maker did take along time to make ice. The freezer was so small and for the cost which was way too high we sent it back.

Great refrigerator. Fit my needs of a refrigerator this size. Love the smaller ice cubes.

Had small dent onside they replaced with no hassles. Other wise works great.
