Good fridge. Water line drips when complete. Seems to be a common problem with this fridge. Need to keep a towel in the hole to keep drips from staining the stainless steel. Whirlpool needs to address this.

It is very spacious in the refrigerator area, but the freezer area is not as big as I would have liked. Overall, it is an attractive appliance and a good price.

Probably like other purchasers of this refrigerator we have a height-challenged spot and thus few options. We got an LG last time, that one didn’t last 3 years...even fewer options this time, just this and the Amana. Consumer Report great review pushed us in this direction. Like others, the first thing we noticed is that this one is a bit louder than our last refrigerator. But not as loud as the circa-1999 fridge the LG replaced a few years ago. But after a couple weeks we don’t notice the sound. What we DO notice is the performance of this fridge. Much better performer in that category than last two fridges. I’m talking perfectly cold beer/beverages, and quickly cooling off. Fridge is constant 35 degrees on all shelves. Ice maker has fantastic performance and capacity, really haven’t seen anything like it. On our tile floor, wheels don’t lock and thus fridge pulls away from wall sometimes when you pull hard on it. I will get a little rubber stopper to solve that. Drawer construction feels a little cheap, maybe the n
Just need to break in... Overall I am very happy with the performance and value. We will see how it does in the summer with cooling, but mid-winter it’s the bomb.

Everything was fine except the left side back bottom was damaged after unpacking. The ice distributor will sometime catch a cube or 2 in the chute which will melt and leave a water spot on the floor. Other than that it is well lit and roomy for it's size.

This refrigerator is nice. I love that it is fingerprint resistant. The bins inside the door are adjustable which allows for taller beverage containers to easily fit inside. The LED lighting inside the refrigerator is bright and is a great feature.

We liked the fridge when we first got it. We had a hard time finding one that would fit our small home, and this one was the biggest one that would fit without taking some cabinets out. Installation was easy. I would say some of the plastic shelves in the door feel a little cheap, and I worry that they might break at some point. (We have kids who are a little rough on things).
I would rate this 5* except after 1.5 months it is currently not working. The freezer isn't freezing, it's currently at around 50F, while the fridge side is also around 50F. It is a little disappointing, but it's still under warranty. However, when I call to Whirlpool to get it fixed they say they can't get a person out for 9 days. So form my perspective, I would probably never buy a whirlpool fridge again. I could understand a faulty product, that happens, but to be without a fridge for over a week is what I consider poor customer service.

This fridge reminds me of a hotel fridge. It functions, but it’s shorter/smaller than standard size • The shelves don’t adjust • The drawers are not easy to pull out, it seems like it scrapes the whole way and I’m afraid of breaking them • The freezer is skinny and the ice machine makes small cubes • The left door sits higher and I noticed you can adjust the right door, but it takes a specific wrench, that I don’t have, haha.
(We moved into a home needing a new fridge, with cabinets that hang lower than usual above that area, so we had to be choosy with the fridge size. We don't have a lot of options, otherwise this fridge would be returned.)

I purchased this model due to the very specific size requirements of the space in my kitchen. It’s loud and if one pulls a cup directly away from the water dispenser the water continues onto the floor. Other than those issues, it is a fine machine.

We’ve had this refrigerator for about 6 months now and it’s been great. It was perfect for what we were looking for. Modern, spacious, and at a reasonable price. Highly recommend Whirlpool refrigerators.

I replaced a 25 yr old whirlpool fridge with this gem! The space I had to fit a new fridge in limited my selection but this is a huge upgrade! The freezer side is a bit small if you have more than a family of 2 or maybe 3. But the fridge side is large with several drawers and large door shelves. The ice dispenser does sort of get all over but that's expected and alright with me. The water dispenser is also sort of sensitive in where the cup is placed and comes out a bit after moving the cup away. For me, great upgrade, price, and quality!

Love the fridge! Had to get one to fit the space or I'd have picked one with a larger freezer. Love the ice/water dispenser, Love having the temp. controls on the digital display on the outside- obvious and easy. Plenty of room inside an love the temp. control produce drawer! Only thing I'm not a super fan of is that depending on what you want to put in the door, you have to take out the can rack to put in tall bottles, (like wine bottles), arranging the shelves in the door I found a bit tricky. I liked the can rack, but have taller items, so still trying to navigate that- Overall, great fridge and definitely better than the one I had!

This Whirlpool side-by-side refrigerator was a replacement for another brand that had failed and was not feasible to repair. Whirlpool brand was chosen for its dependability. Choice of models was limited by space in which the refrigerator needed to fit. This was not the model we wanted, but Whirlpool is currently not manufacturing a side-by-side refrigerator without an ice maker. (We waited ten months before choosing to buy an alternate model.) The ice maker is not connected; the "box" to hold the ice cubes was removed. This left a large open space which currently is not fully utilized. Available shelf space on the freezer door is very limited. Shelf height in the main compartments of the refrigerator and freezer are not adjustable. Only shelves on the refrigerator door are adjustable for height. Ice cream in the freezer is sometimes soft, other times hard.

Overall very happy with the frig! However, it does drip and sometimes will have random ice cubes fall out and leave water on the floor. But functions well and keeps a pretty good temperature. The spacing inside took some getting use to from my previous refrigerator but not bad! Would definitely recommend for a relatively affordable option that has a ice maker in the door!

Basically-counter-depth refrigerator with convenient side-by-side design. No problems after one year of use. BestBuy's delivery took the door off to get the fridge through the building doors, then put it back on after installation. Would be nice if the icemaker was removable, as we don't have a water line.

Needed a smaller refrigerator due to space restrictions. This refrigerator is only 33" wide and fit perfectly. It keeps everything cold and/or frozen and the in door ice and water are awesome. I love the Whirlpool quality and look forward to many good years of service. I know others have mentioned they are disappointed with the noise this unit makes; and although it is not the quietest refrigerator I've ever owned, I find the noise to be normal and chalk it up to the smaller size of this unit. My one disappointment with this unit is that the water filter is at the bottom front of the unit requiring getting in the floor to change; but that's just a small inconvenience every six months.
