Once we got it all set up, hot the humidifier drawer replaced, and water line replaced we are very pleased with our refrigerator.

Very difficult to level this fridge. First Best Buy team said it couldn't be done. Had to schedule a second team a week later and they spent an hour trying to get it level. It was okay when they left but two weeks later the fridge started to look crooked again. Also one of the doors squeaks. Other than that, the fridge is fine.

This refrigerator fit perfectly in the space needed.

When I purchased this refrigerator, I was told it would fit, I gave accurate measurements of the space it would go into. When it was delivered, and did NOT fit, the delivery men refused to take it back, and told me the floor moulding would have to be removed for it to fit. After having the moulding removed, and pushing the fridge in the space, the freezer door would not open, as it was too tight in the space, so I went back to order a smaller fridge. When the new fridge came, the delivery men could not get the first fridge out, for it to be replaced with the new one. The second delivery person just drove off, and the third delivery person failed to get the refrigerator out.

Beautiful refrig. Large capacity, keeps vegetables fresh and crisp. Holds plenty of condiments, juices, milk etc. on side door. Easy to clean.

This fridge is beautiful! The ice cubes are even perfect and bite sized. The ice filled up fast, which will be great for keeping up in the summer. I’m totally in love! It’s quiet, fits everything with lots of room, the light inside is plenty bright. I just love it!

The door handles are not even from each other even after adjustment from geek squad. The shelves / drawers are not very durable. Door shelf got a crack in it the first day as I bumped it putting things into refrigerator. The refrigerator has a cosmetic flaw on top right corner of door that looks like it came from the manufacturer that way. Obviously no quality control at manufacturer.

Fridge arrived with no call before delivery. Fridge was damaged. I called to reschedule, I was told that someone will contact me but nothing happened. I then called and was told that a 10% reward will be given to me for the inconvenience. A gift card was issued for 25 dollars that has to be used within a very short period of time. I’m very disappointed and very concerned that I will not get a good service installing water pipe or if something goes wrong with the fridge.

We continue buying these products, they are of good quality, we are happy, but my wife is very happy.

It' s the first time the fridge's handles were not installed!

Quality control must have been off, because there is no way on earth this is a quality product. There is grease in the drawer, scratches throughout, chipped plastic, and visible glue. The water feature is poorly made, so unless you want to wipe up water every time you use the feature, don’t bother because it leaks down the front of the door. I purchased this as brand new fridge out of the box (not scratch and dent).

There is a major design flaw with the water dispenser on this unit. After filling you glass of water the dispenser will drip once or twice all the way down the outside of the freezer door which means you always have to wipe it down after you fill up a glass. You would think they would design it so the drip would fall into the dispenser.

Its a nice looking appliance and works very well. price was comparable to other side by sides.

Very skinny freezer space. Very short height. 0/10 would not recommend.

I felt compelled to leave feedback after reading a number of reviews describing negative outcomes with regard to noise, water dispensing, unit and water temperature, ice maker operation, and fingerprint resistance. I am very satisfied with my purchase and hope potential customers will benefit from my feedback. My advice is to read either the owners-manual or user guide made available at time of purchase (actual verbiage from the user guide in my feedback below). Refrigerator seems noisy - I find it minor in comparison to other customers. My observed sound level(s) was greatest during freezer compressor operation (it was 52db --- 60db is the norm for conversation). The compressor in your new refrigerator regulates temperature more efficiently and uses less energy than older models. During various stages of operation, you may hear normal operating sounds that are unfamiliar. The following noises are normal: ■ Buzzing/Clicking - Heard when the water valve opens and closes to dispense water or fill the ice maker. If the refrigerator is connected to a water line, this is normal. If the refrigerator is not connected to a water line, turn off the ice maker. ■ Cracking/Crashing - Heard when ice is ejected from the ice maker mold. ■ Popping - Heard when the inside walls contract/expand, especially during initial cooldown. ■ Pulsating/Whirring - Heard when the fans/compressor adjust to optimize performance during normal operation. ■ Rattling - Heard when water passes through the water line, or due to the flow of refrigerant. Rattling may also come from items placed on top of the refrigerator. ■ Water running or gurgling - Heard when ice melts during the defrost cycle and water runs into the drain pan. ■ Sizzling - Heard when water drips onto the heater during the defrost cycle" The Water Dispenser (or alleged drip) - No issue what so ever. However, I did take the time to prime the line at installation. Most installers will simply hold a glass and let the pump operate until water is dispensed. No good as you didn't correctly 'bleed' the line. Air in the water dispensing system can cause the water dispenser to drip. After connecting the refrigerator to a water source or replacing the water filter, flush the water system. Flushing the water dispensing system forces air from the water line and filter, and prepares the water filter for use. NOTE: As air is cleared from the system, water may spurt out of the dispenser. 1. Using a sturdy container, depress and hold the water dispenser pad for 5 seconds, then release it for 5 seconds. 2. Repeat Step 1 until water begins to flow. 3. Once water begins to flow, continue depressing and releasing the dispenser pad (5 seconds on, 5 seconds off) until a total of 3 gal. (12 L) has been dispensed. Additional flushing may be required in some households. Temperature is too warm - No issue what so ever. The unit reached the appropriate temperature (both freezer and fridge) within 30 minutes from installation. In all fairness, my delivery was during the winter months so you could argue that perhaps the outcome may be different during the summer months. ■ New installation - Following installation, allow 24 hours for the refrigerator and freezer to cool completely. NOTE: Adjusting the temperature control(s) to the coldest setting will not cool either compartment (refrigerator or freezer) more quickly. ■ Doors are opened often or not closed completely - This allows warm air to enter the refrigerator. Minimize door openings, keep the doors fully closed, and make sure both doors are properly sealed. ■ Air vents are blocked - Remove items that are immediately in front of the vents. ■ Large amount of warm food recently added - Allow several hours for the refrigerator to return to its normal temperature. ■ Controls are not set correctly The water temperature is lukewarm - In my opinion, this is a subjective statement. I observed an average temperature (measured over one week) of 52* F. To me this is desirable but to each your own. Ice maker operation - No issue what so ever. From what I understand, there are two styles of the ice maker. Style 1 uses a wire shutoff arm to control the on/off position. Style 2 uses an on/off switch located on the bottom of the ice marker. I have read that customers had an issue with style 2 in terms of ice overfilling the storage bin. I have style 2 but I guess that I love ice so much that I never had this issue ;o) Fingerprint resistance – I find it to be fingerprint resistant as advertised.
