Not balanced correctly or something. Door closes fast unless held open. Waterline not connected because installers did not want to connect to pipe three foot from location of frige. I paid 1800 for appliance and still need to pay plumber to utilize the features I paid extra to have. I like whirlpool but I will recommend to all consumers to buy from somewhere else.

The version I received was not what I expected or what it looked like on the website. It is a high gloss finish with hideous black vinyl sides. If I lived in the US I would of definitely returned it but unfortunately to ship it back and receive a replacement it would be the same cost as a new fridge. In the below photo you can see the reflection of the TV as well as the vinyl sides. Please update your stock photos so they aren't misleading.

I’m tall, so at eye level and annoying. Door has selves large enough for milk cartons, however was not fit or assembled properly. Self broke loose with a gallon of milk on the floor. Self also cracked, but is usable. After years of wanting for a nice refer, it looks destroyed after only 2 weeks !
