I will be contacting Best Buy tomorrow to seek a solution.

I replaced an older Kenmore Elite and I wish Sears was still around. The plastic is cheap and it’s not roomy at all. I have had to already replace one of the drawers and it took them sending me two different drawers to get the correct one.
