Keeps drinks cold and makes ice fast low energy consumption. A little noisy but not bad.

Absolutely love this side-by-side. It’s quiet and. it holds a lot of food. You can put multiple gallon-sized containers in the door shelves. The only concern some people might have is the inability to store a large ice creme cake in the freezer.

Water is not cold to drink; always needs ice. Ice maker works good except sometimes ice gets stuck; then ice melts and falls to floor. Condensation on door rubber lining.

Very hard to find a refrigerator to fit in the space. Great looking and works great.

The refrigerator was delivered missing some parts. They were going to replace it with a good one. Then the geek squad scratched up my driveway trying to install it. Refrigerator okay-ish, geek squad is a waste.

Love this refrigerator. But, two issues one the ice machine quits making ice for no reason. Secondly, the freezer section is so small. I can't even put a DiGiorno's pizza box in the freezer. No, I would never buy this product again. But I'll give Best buy one more chance when I purchase a new refrigerator that is larger more efficient and the ice machine works. Buyer beware!

We were limited by size which refrigerator we could get. This holds enough for the two of us. Delivery and installation was very efficient. The plastic dairy flip down cover was broken on arrival and the first replacement arrived broken as well. A second replacement was sent right out and arrived in good condition. We've only had it about 3 weeks but so far we are happy with it.

The refrigerator side does not have adjustable shelves. You are limited in items that fit; i.e. wine bottles, half gallon milk bottles, large fruit juice containers. Not all drawers slide easily. Runs a bit loud.

You’d think by comparing the recipt to the inside sticker would be enough but we literally deconstructed our cabinetry so allow for easy delivery and install. The rep who came out, said we would not be able to open the doors of our first pick because of the island placement. Our first pick which was an similar to what we had before: the top fridge, bottom freezer (Amana we were replacing). We were also told the new side by side had more room. We’ve used this fridge for a month now, the plastic is still on the front. I HATE it. It may have more sf but its in the freezer. The amount of space inside the fridge is deep, but not wide. Yes I can put full gallons of milk in the door and thats pretty cool, but a don’t think a pizza box will fit in here for leftovers. With milk in the door, the door flings open and ive been tempted to stop it by grabbing one of the plastic door shelves. The plastic didn’t break, but it did bend. The plastic in the door shelves are so thin, I know that will break soon. We could have gone up to a unit that was a foot wider, we were only given one other choice by the rep. Could I have measured, sure! I did. My mind was still on the roomy top fridge bottom freezer. I did not ask about fridge shelf width. He said with the new fridge in place and a 1” buffer the fridge would stick out at least 4 “ . Its flush with the cabnets, not much wider than what was in place before. At this time my Mom was in the hospital for the third time with sepsis and at this time of ordering I also replaced her washer/dryer combo all in one from LG to GE. When trying to purchase the extended coverage on the GE 1.5 ? sq foot unit, the best buy extended coverage is on the page, not an advert; i was told they BB doesn’t offer one. Which was why i was buying it. I csnt find anyone to fix the 2004 LG. LG won’t send anyone to fix because I didnt buy their extended warrenty in 2004. No other repair person in this area will touch it. So now I’m really stuck. My Mom uses the washer/dryer combo every day.

It’s a nice refrigerator the other down side is that the ice takes along time to make . Alittle confusing at first

Avoid Whirlpool and save your money. Water leak after first filter change. 6 tech visits, issue not corrected. Then Whirlpool claims "Out of Warranty" declines further repairs. They do offer 35% off a new Whirlpool purchase? Run fast away from any Whirlpool appliance! *Spend $1800 and keep paper towels stuffed in to absorb water dripping from filter compartment and a cup to catch water dripping from the front of the filter compartment. Classy, right? We bought this Refrigerator when our GE fridge died during the Covid. It was the only counter depth models that I could order online, fits in my space and have delivered within two weeks. The fridge is fairly average. I gave three stars rating because- -The ice dispenser is ridiculously loud -Noisy when compressor turned on -Both the refrigerator and freezer space is smaller compared similar Samasung Refrigerator -The lower draw in the refrigerator section turned out to be half depth shorting valuable storage space. -The water in the door does not come out cold immediately -Shelves are not adjustable

Absolutely love this refrigerator. The only issue may be freezer space. It is a bit smaller, but since we have a deep freezer, it’s a non-issue for us.

A good refrigerator! It runs well does both crushed and regular cubed ice. Easy setup for the water line. It doesn't advertise it but it has wheels that allows it to be pulled out so you can clean behind and under the fridge alcove. Only coming is a small freezer space.

A solid choice for budget buyers. Fits in smaller places with ease.

We've had this fridge for a year and are very pleased with it. I saw reviews on the ice maker and was a little concerned about it, but it has worked very well; I hard-boil eggs weekly and that requires quick dispensing of 10-15 cubes to do a quick-cool, and that works well. Fridge does "sing" from time to time but nothing broke.

We are very pleased with this refrigerator. It fits nicely in our kitchen and has been a great upgrade for our family.

Most all seems very good but Temperature seems somewhat uneven in Refrigerator section. 3rd shelf freezes when other shelves stay OK on recommended(3 bars) middle setting. On setting below this(2 bars) Temperature gets near 50 deg. in some top shelf items. So (3 bars) it stays.

It's weird that the shelves are short. Another reviewer suggested taking one out to compensate. There's somewhat limited space inside already, so I can't agree with that. You'll have to get used to taking the taller items out of the door and not the shelf in front of you. That's one shift. Also be sure to allow enough room on both sides for the doors to open. The wall to the left of our fridge is a bit close, and so it's awkward to reach into the already narrow space. I don't have the same complaint as others about the volume - but I have not yet connected a water line to make ice, which may be a noiser operation than standard running. It keeps food cold, and it looks nice. The price was right and it was the right size for my 2-person family. I can't imagine using this fridge if you cook at home regularly for more than 2 adults.
