I have an older house with some very limiting space/size requirements. Wanted side by side style so was literally one of three choices possible for my space. Unit is attractive and does the basic functions well. Space and shelving are good once you learn how to arrange things. Unit is quieter than the thirty year old one it replaced but still is noticeable when running. Biggest drawback is water flow in the door is terrible. Initially thought the problem may be my supply line but after having both the shutoff valve and supply line replaced/upgraded and verifying the supply volume and pressure are more than adequate door flow is still very poor. Takes 35-40 seconds to get one cup water from door spigot and ice cubes are small.

The overall size is pretty big. Yet, useable storage is bare minimum. Freezer is extremely small. Cannot rearrange any of the shelving in the fridge or freezer. The shelf height is “as is”. Unless, you completely remove a shelf in the fridge. Remember, you can take away, but you cannot rearrange or customize

good value for the price. Be prepared that there is a waiting period if it comes damaged & there is a shortage of appliances due to COVID-19. I like what I finally was able to get & the Best Buy store & delivery staff were very helpful finding me a similar item when the 1st one came damaged. My only complaints are that the drawers do not slide smoothly. Also the freezer does not accomodate frozen pizza boxes unless there are on an angle

The fridge is beautiful looking and well-made for the most part. The shelves in the freezer side are way too small to store anything. Really wish they were larger even it there were fewer shelves.

No kids at our house, 2 adults and in less than a month, the glass shelves are already scratching using glass and plastic items only. Unbelievable and disappointing! Also, the freezer in this fridge is extremely small. The filter for the water/ice is near the floor, which is an odd and hard spot to get to. The delivery guy said to always make sure you have a towel on the floor as some water will come out when you change filters. Poorly designed in so many ways.

My problem started immediately and I called technical service to for help.A technician was supposed,to be here today. He called me at 7:50am to tell me that he would be here between 12and2 He then called back to confirm what che was supposed to do. He then told me that the refrigerator was under warranty and he could not touch it. This is not the end of the problem but I have used up space. I am not a happy camper.

I love the refrigerator this was a open box deal there's a great deal there was really no scratches or dents on the item I did pick it up so I didn't have to pay anything for delivery I also received $150 Best Buy promotional gift card which I later purchase the TV with it's all around great deal check out their open box deals they're awesome I love them

The fridge replaced one of the same style after 25 years!! It works great, was easy to install ourselves, and looks so nice. The price was exactly the same as Lowes, Home Depot and Fred’s, but the delivery time was far faster than the rest. The Best Buy Geek Squad delivery men were so professional and quickly removed the old fridge for haul-away, unboxed and placed the new fridge in no time. We chose to self-install, but they were ready to do it for us. I will DEFINITELY buy all of my appliances from Best Buy from now on!

Great value and features for a small kitchen. The ice maker seems a bit temperamental. Best Buy delivery and haul away is the best.

Good little frig that will fit most of your needs for storage. If you buy a lot of frozen foods I would advise getting the bigger size as this one is small. However works for me as I do not buy a lot of frozen foods.

Great fridge delivery went smooth, yes it’s smaller but fits everything we needed it to.

Although we bought this model at the Best Buy clearance center, it works amazing! It has a couple of dings, but this is our backup fridge, so it’s in our laundry room. Our service was less than favorable, but the refrigerator itself is solid.

We needed a smaller frig for our tiny kitchen. Despite a loud noise that it makes, repair person is coming to check it out.

I like how it looks. I like how it can be organized. I have not yet received an electric bill yet and since it runs most of the day due to the ice maker and water cooler, I’m anticipating an increase in my bill. Stay tuned.

I had my fridge installed by BBY, and they did a great job. They told me to run about 2 gallons of water through the water filter and dump out 3 things of ice, and that would help or do something with the filter. I did that (and more) and it still tastes funny. Almost plastic-ish water and ice cubes. I would return it and get a different fridge, but the house I bought has all whirlpool appliances and this is the ONLY fridge with the ice maker that fits width wise in the premade cutout section. My water bottles also froze in the fridge side from being so far in the back, which was annoying as I had it on the recommended cold setting; but other than those things it is okay. It keeps everything cold like a fridge should.

While we are overall happy with this refrigerator, the ice maker is ridiculously loud. The mechanism to dump the ice and the ice dumping are REALLY distracting.

It's perfect for us. I had a hard time finding a fridge that would fit in the spot. It has a pretty small freezer but I don't keep that much fronzen food. Easy to clean, looks good and it fits. They delivered it quickly and set it up. We've had no issues. Glad we made this purchase.
