I love it. The style and size fit perfectly. The capacity of the inside of both fridge and freezer is roomy. And the clear shelves and drawers makes it easy to see what you have .

The fridge has ample space, great deseign. However, it's very load, and the ice dispenser drops ice randomly, leaving poodles of water that ruin the wooden floors. I will be contacting whirlpool. One other thing, the fridge doesn't stay still, when you try to open the door the fridge comes forward.

Great fridge. This was a replacement for an older model at a rental property. The price was good and it fit the kitchen perfectly.

Perfect size for our location. Ice maker and water source is exactly what we wanted.

Good refrigerator. Wish the shelves were a little more flexible in spacing and that the freezer was a little bigger.

Everything works and looks great. Only thing I would complain about it the ice machine. The ice falls so hard and the way you need to angle your cup allows ice to fall onto ground d instead of cup.

Its been about 1 year of using this fridge and I had no issues. The filter works great and I have easy access to drinking water. My favorite part is to have acceptability of crushed and cubed ice with a click.

This refrigerator is perfect for the condo that we own. Our tenant is delighted with the space and functions of the refrigerator.

Since we're not remodeling the entire kitchen, we are limited to a fridge that fits under the existing cabinet. This one fills the bill and looks quite nice doing so. It is smaller inside than the old Kitchenaid it replaces and the shelves are not adjustable, so we're still learning how and where to arrange all the misc bottles and jars that fill a fridge. I would recommend this to a friend who is stuck with the same size limitations but naturally, if size isn't an issue I'd suggest something else with more options. That said, the black stainless is stunning and easy to keep clean.

Works great. Looks sharp! Only complaint is it didn’t come with something to catch the water and the water spout is positioned so if it leaks, it drips on the door.

I love it except the water & ice dispensers usually make a watery mess. It's so easy to see food on all shelves. Lots of room!

Best Buy sucks not loyal to customer who has shopped at Best Buy for over 13 years. They will not assist me in a refrigerator return and yes it’s past the window of return but one would think that after 13 years of loyalty Best Buy would assist a very loyal customer all I want to do is return it and even a partial credit Towards a better brand refrigerator. This one continues to freeze food at the lowest refrigerator setting I have called whirlpool and they have they are of no assistance either.

we had a GE fridge that had been working for almost 10 years but suddenly the freezer stopped working, we needed a fast replacement that can fit in the same size as we don't want to replace the whole kitchen , this fridge was just the right size , just a little smaller but we made it up by buying another mini fridge beside it , the price was very reasonable as well , we have it for more then 2 years so far , hoping that it will stay for 10 years like the GE fridge

So far so good. Everyone tells me that I won’t lie the stainless steel to many marks and smudges. We are not having that problem at all. Also I love the well lit drawers. Easy to see inside.

One of few refrigerators available if you have limited height under cabinets (86 inches). Unit has performed as expected. Only criticism so far is the refrigerator compartment shelves are not adjustable, which for a smaller refrigerator is not well thought out by Whirlpool. For instance, top shelf has most height, but cannot hold a gallon of milk or a sun tea jar. This forces you to store taller items in door which really limits you. Needs shelf adjustability!

cons:shelves don't move and freezer a little small. Pros: Size of refrigerator part is nice, like the way you change water filter.
