I like the unit. Shelves are ample, but not able to be moved like similar units. It is pretty quiet and the ice maker is ample. This unit fits my cabinet space, so I was willing to go for a unit with over 2 square foot area less than I had with the prior failed unit. The price made this machine a good value.

Product has functioned well. Have not figured what the metal things on one of the door shelves is for.

The refrigerator is okay. It does its job, but it is very loud.

Unfortunately this refrigerator did not work upon delivery. It throws everything in the refrigerator side. Best Buy did take it back and I replaced it with a different brand and model. Do you beware that when you purchase a side-by-side refrigerator the freezer side is very small. You cannot fit a full-size frozen pizza in it laying down.

Everything is what I expected to be great quality I would recommend this to my friends

We get what we pay for. Very small inside. You can reach for something in the back and a front item will fall out, Freezes good in refrigerator. No temperature readings. But the size io needed at the time of the space.

It’s a very bright lite inside which I do like. Although not much room in the freezer area. Also no catch tray where water and ice dispense!!!

Not bad, we wanted larger but new units are wider & shorter than the one we replaced. Also, only stainless on the front. Sides are black. Ice maker is smaller & noisier than older models. Doors weren't aligned properly, so we had to call to get someone to come out & adjust them. That was quick service. The metal tall bottle support on one door shelf looked like a good idea, but gets in the way a lot, it would have been better to have a deeper shelf.

old fridge quit Thanksgiving day, earlist replacement wasn't aviable until date install. decided to downsize due to just myself now. ( wife Carroll pased away 8/04/2014) Have tried to remove her name from Best Buy page for Five years and can't get results.

I couldn't be more pleased with my Whirlpool Side-by-Side Refrigerator. The unit is ultra quiet and cools/freezes as described. I highly recommend this refrigerator! DShinn

Buying refrigerator was excellent process. Nice, knowledgeable salesmen. Flexible delivery schedule. Everything was great till refrigerator was delivered. Delivery people brought refrigerator, put it on place where it supposed to be. They started to peel plastic off and left so many pieces on doors, so I even was unable to remove them after they left. They left many pieces of tape inside drawers too. They were ready to leave and I asked how about to level refrigerator and guys were not happy about it. They tried to adjust legs using POWER TOOL and the result is of course they broke one leg. We had to call Best Buy to send another team to fix it and they sent 3 guys and nothing was fixed again. On top of it compressor in refrigerator was making constant high pitch and buzzing sound. We had feeling like in our was installed some kind of generator. We had to return this refrigerator back to Best Buy. Bottom line: Refrigerator has very poor quality, delivery was disaster, but plumbing service ( we needed water line for ice maker) was very good and professional.

Nice looking fridge. Works great but the freezer section is MUCH smaller than what is advertised online.

Delivery was on time and completed in a timely manner. The refrigerator looks good and works fine.

Purchased in September of 2024, promised delivery and hook up on the 20th of the month but was cancelled and promised another date to deliver which was also cancelled. finally delivered in December. They said they would connect waterline but they did not. I have a beautiful fridge without ice. I will never purchase an appliance with best buy again.

I had to get a smaller fridge for the space I had available. This one fits the bill pretty good since its just me. No issues with it so far.
