Very nice fridge, stays ice cold. It is a little loud when the freezer pump kicks in. The shelves are not adjustable, a gallon can only fit upright on the top shelf and one of the side shelves.

Never had water in door or an ice maker in 44 years of marriage, so we decided to treat ourselves to a new side by side. Very nice black stainless steel front and quality construction throughout. Many convenient storage areas and water and ice dispenser works great!

The main shelves are 1/4” too low for standard items, like milk jugs and juice. The ice maker spews ice after you finished filling your glass. It is noisy. Not a good buy on our part.

Works great! The different settings are awesome. & I love the ice cubes! The freezer could be a little bigger otherwise no other issue.

Never realized how small the freezer is. and the water & ice more so water dispenser tray is so small the water drips down the bottom of the fridge. Not the best.

Love my new refrigerator...easier to find things inside with the glass shelves. The side by side has more room than a bottom freezer. Also like having the water and ice dispenser on the door. Whirlpool has great products.

Wasn’t in store when ordered. It is shorter than a standard fridge, alittle noisy but overall a good enough fridge for the basement.

it sounds loud when it runs. and it seems to run all the time.

This was among the few that would fit in our limited kitchen space. It seems to be a great refrigerator for the price.

The freezer is smaller than expected. Other than that it’s nice.

Freezer is tiny. The fridge has good amount space. The shelfs can't move up or down so some products do not fit in the fridge either.

I needed a fridge to fit into an existing opening without major cabinet removal. This fit in the opening.

Haven't had it a year an the ice machine is already broken and i can't push things all the way to the back of the fridge or they will freeze no matter how much I turn the temperature down.. very annoying

If I could go back and do this buy over, I would NOT buy this refrigerator. Keeping with just the review of product, the BestBuy Geek service isn't a better review either, so, the water dispenser should dispense refrigerator cold temperature water...it does NOT. At best, the water temperature coming through the refrigerator dispenser is sink faucet cool. The temperature settings are still at factory recommended set points, and in the refrigerator side the drink containers, soda, milk, juice, etc., all freeze in their containers. But hey, what do I know (retired HVACR Technician), the Geek says everything works fine and nothing to do here. The doors (both) have to be pushed to close all the way, where every refrigerator we've owned previously self close once the handle was let go. I'm going to end this here, buy it if you want to but you know my opinion.

I bought it for my business. The ordering and delivery process by Best Buy Credit card and their subcontractor was below my expectations. My order got canceled for no reason and we missed the original delivery date. Upon delivery, the right door had no suction and the entire until had to be replaced. Second unit works great, no complaints.
