I've had this for months with no working ice maker! Also this is a smaller fridge not much room and shelves do not all adjust.

The problem is that it was not installed correctly and when we open the door it swings open and if we don't catch it, it hits the cabinets. It should be a simple matter of adjusting the height of the wheels and you can't get to the wheels without removing a panel at the bottom. The right door also sits about 1/2 inch higher than the left door and is crooked. I've called at least 4 times to have someone come back and install it correctly and I'm told someone will be here 12/19/20 to do it. That's almost a month after it was installed!!

I think Whirlpool did not finish the job. The hinges on the top are silver and stand out against the black cabinet. They could have been painted or covered. The tubing for the water in the door is visible at the bottom left hand corner of the freezer door. The front bottom of the refrigerator needs a grate to better finish the look. The last thing that annoys me is the internal fan seems to run constantly.

This leaks too & there is no drain. I wipe it several times a day. Also the shelves are not adjustable & I have to keep a standard bottle of juice on the door.
