First impressions are important and the person that helped me picked the correct refrigerator was very knowledgeable, understood what I was looking for and all the items I needed from my check list were met. This process took 20 minutes and then the delivery. It was great!!!

Didn't Work Out So Well

The fridge has a major problem in the door. It has a loud cracking sound when opened. In addition, only the top crisper drawer opens fully. The other 2 drawers open only partially. Best Buy is going to pick it up and provide a new one. So hopefully, we can give a better review of that one.

They even put a barcode you can scan on icemaker taking you to a video on how to reset. If you want a small refrigerator with an icemaker, i would pass on this one. Bad design.

Noisy Disappointment
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This is a beautiful side by side fridge but sadly it’s the noisiest fridge I’ve ever owned. It was delivered less than a week ago and the noise kicked in on day 2. It’s scheduled for return next week. Fingers crossed the alternate brand will be quiet instead of loudly humming for 15 minutes every 10 minutes or so. I still rated it a 2 because it’s nice to look at and has great features. If only it had a quiet button.
